Excuse my optimism again but I'm not ready to panic just yet when I see links with Pazienza and Montolivo. We have too large a budget to only be buying such cheap players. It seems logical to buy a back up when considering the likely exit of Aquilani (too high a transfer fee for a backup) and Sissoko (high wages). I still expect a signing in the region of 20-30 million euros for a new CM.

Elkann has already announced a large cash injection this coming summer plus funds from the new stadium. Probably more of a credible source then the ones linking us to these players anyway.

Not really. Try reading & analyzing his entire "speech".
What I read was: "We might invest if possible & necessary." Where that money that might arrive would go towards remains unclear (not necessarily transfers anyway).

As for the stadium: This extra revenue (which will certainly be there since most of the business seats / sky boxes / premium seats /... have already been sold) could, at first, also be used to cover earlier debts / increased operating costs.
