i don't think Micco will leave, Moggi, Capello and Juve can't be that stupid to give a way such an good player!!!

I could understand if we only need 4 strikers and give away Zalayeta but not Miccoli!! Miccoli played good in Berlusconi Trophy and in Italian National Team! why should we give him away??

but maybe he wants to leave?? First Capello said he had faith in him and now? in CL 2nd Game he didn't play and also in Berlusconi Trphy Zalayeta played before him!!

Mutu stays at Chelsea

Fiorentina's bid to sign Chelsea's Romanian forward Adrian Mutu has failed to develop.

Chelsea failed to contact Fiorentina over the proposed transfer and the deal is now dead with both the Italian and English transfer window's now closed.

Mutu's agent, Andrea Pretti told skysports.com: "The possibility of the transfer to Florence is failed. Evidently Chelsea considered it wasn't a negotiation to make, so Mutu will remain at Chelsea."

Meanwhile, Fiorentina have sold their Greek striker Zizis Vryzas to Celta Vigo. The Spanish side have signed Vryzas as a replacement for the recently departed Edu.

Vryzas said of the transfer: "It has been a decision taken with the club's agreement.

"I now have the aim to make good things in Spain and trying to achieve promotion to La Liga with Celta Vigo.

"I'm sorry because I said I wanted to stay, but Fiorentina officials told me they preferred selling me permanently."

Miccoli joins Fiorentina Tuesday 31 August, 2004

Fabrizio Miccoli has officially signed for Fiorentina in a co-ownership deal during the closing minutes of trading.


The Juventus man had been disgruntled at the arrival of Ajax forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic – a deal that has still not been made official by the two clubs – and requested a transfer.


His hometown club Lecce had made an official request, but Miccoli has now signed for the Stadio Artemio Franchi outfit.


It is not the first move between the two rivals this summer, as Giorgio Chiellini and Enzo Maresca have already made the trip across.


It is reported that Fiorentina have paid £3m for half of Italian international Miccoli’s contract.


There are also claims, so far unsubstantiated, that the Viola have signed Julio Ricardo Cruz on loan from Inter.


Meanwhile, Juventus have sold midfielder Davide Baiocco to Perugia, while Jay Bothroyd returns to the Premiership for Blackburn Rovers.


I am asking my self what is going on?? why I am so disappointed damn ****ing shit!!!
