I've been revisiting this album quite a bit lately, and how incredibly underrated it is. It is just insanely heavy. Unfortunately the subsequent tour basically ruined Ian Gillan's voice to this day

I really like Born Again composition-wise and i also like rough noisy records but damn that production was beyond bad. It's like they recorded that shit in the middle of an active bee hive. I guess one could say it has it's uniqueness, it's characteristics.
