What’s your opinion on Arabs?
Well it depends from country to country. I dont have a problem with most Arab countries, I actually feel very bad for the Levant countries such as Syria, Iraq, Palestine and for some of the north African countries ruined by revolutions (Libya and Egypt come to mind).

However Arab countries like Saudi Arabia especially I strongly dislike due to their spreading of Wahabism.

It’s yet another example of what beppe sees as a “market opportunity”. It comes in many forms and this Benatia example follows the tevez, Pirlo, Barzagli, etc. mold.

Players thought to be in a decline, passed their prime, or 1-2 season wonders rediscover the form with Juve that made a name for themselves. Credit to our board that finds coaches able to do this.

These “market opportunities” aren’t always bosmans, however (like Pirlo).

@Bianconero_Aus knows what I’m talking about
Exactly, brother. Medhi had those injury issues at BM, so there were rightfully a lot of questions about whether he'd ever be the same player he was during that huge year at Roma. But the loan-option style of acquisition allows management to get the player into the club for a season, assess their character, training habits, and general qualities, before making the final decision. Very nice risk/reward tool.

In the end, what he needed to regain his form was largely continuity. Obviously there's that period of integration, but getting a string of games to really gel with the starters and gain confidence has brought out the best in him.

Beppe and Co., Purveyors of Bianconeri Dreams, Takers of Important Market Opportunities, have really done a great job over this historic stretch.

Interested to see what happens with this Can deal. Definitely the type of deal that creates the flexibility to make a little splash or take a little risk elsewhere in the market.

I cant even imagine how $#@! tier on the ethnic scale you would have to be for an inferiority complex towards arabs

Whats next? An inferiority complex towards the japanese? The Polish? :mut:
You only have to be a tasteful human being to appreciate us

But then how Arab is Morocco? I know that they speak Arabic but strictly speaking I think 'Arabs’ are the inhabitants of the Levant and the Arabian Peninsula.

While many are concerned about injuries in our attack or midfield, i just pray that Benatia stays fit in these next couple of months. One of the main reasons why we are performing this good lately is this guy.

I always wondered how to pronounce his name
Does it sounds like Ben Atia or does it sounds like Benatia
Have the same question about another player who isnt ours - De Vrij - How do you pronounce his name
