why would Juventus pay 2.5m for Lazio to appoint a manager that is on our payroll - fuck that they should be paying us or Sarri should be resigning to take another job. We need to grow a pair of fucking balls when we are negotiating
That's not how it works. Sarri is still under contract with us for additional (optional) year. The option could be taken by the club to extend it, if they don't, they have to pay a penalty of 2.5m, getting rid of Sarri effectively.

It has nothing to do with Lazio - they can afford to wait a few days considering they still have no agreement with him.

Finally this saga is over

But look at the damage that Paratici and Nedved caused. So much money down the drain in sacking Allegri and then doing the same to the two incompetent replacements.

To even think that this baboon would be compatible with the Juventus world is an insult and a disgrace, but leave it up to these two buffoons to arrogantly press forward with his arrival and all the untold damage it caused afterwards.

Can’t wait for Allegri to own him next year when we play Lazio.

Sarri only a Fagjinho away to form midfield trio

Fagjinho
Sms - Luis Alberto
Marusic - Immobile - Joaquin Correa

Not to mention all the money lost thanks to back to back CL Rof16 exits under these two incompetent coaches. 25-30 mil lost there even if we were still knocked out in QFs with a competent coach. Really a disastrous two years since Tootsie decided Max had to go because “Sarri is the ideal Juventus coach.” :sergio:

Seems this nickname is getting quite popular @Bianconero81

Fagjinho would improve our midfield massively tho but he's 30...
Lazio will get players like Hysaj for right back, maybe try to approach Gosens for left back
If they are looking for young players they can hijack Tonali under Milan nose
Rebuilding their squad but keeping hold for some top players if they want to stay relevant

Strakosha ,Luiz Felipe, Hoedt/Musacchio, SMS, Luiz Alberto , Joaquin Correa and Immobile
2 players for sideback, 1 player for regista, 1 for right winger

We can offer Frabotta, MDS, Berna, Pjaca, Tek,Rugani if they are interested in improving their option

I’m under the impression that the 2.5m is a termination option for the club, meaning we can terminate any time from now if we want to sack him and have to pay him that clause. If there is a date set in stone that we have to take that option up then that is some poor contract writing on our behalf.

There were two options:
- we gamble and wait for him to sign for Lazio, in this case we dont have to pay the 2.5m, because he will rescind the contract himself once signing with Lazio,
- we pay 2.5m to rescind the contract and it doesnt matter for us if he signs with Lazio,
We choose the second option probably because he wouldnt sign with Lazio as he can still be on our payroll and get money for free. He was probably stalling the deal with them because of this. Once he get that 2.5m he will happily sign with Lazio and get money from both clubs.

If 6M is does not really matter for us we better delay
Lazio will come to wrap up the deal, if not their mercato will be in shambles

The more they wait, one by one their prime target will be poach by other teams

You forget one thing, this old fart is probably saying - i dont care if im paid by Juve then ill have one more year of holidays - and refuse Lazio. So for Juve its either they pay that 2.5m or pay him whole salary for one more year.

So he wasn't on Reals radar after all. Who's left for Big Reez, City? Liverpool? Arsenal? Tottenham? Milan? Surely one of them will pounce on this opportunity
