His training session is brutal (emphasis on fitness), maybe we need to replace most of the player and only CR7 that suit his criteria of fitness
And above video, tell about how after 5 years the players are feeling drained, even said his training session is like a regime LOL
I think this method work best if the team filled by high stamina , energetic young players that have high ambition

If only they win in UCL, the atmosphere at the club will be different
He can sell old players with high price and build a new cycle (only keep 1 star players in each line)

Let's not forget:

Interesting comments on AA:

Pochettino, who mentioned that he saw the Juventus owner, Andrea Agnelli, in the tunnel, said it was “two games against this type of club – one on the pitch; one outside it”.

“He was in the corridor. They were complaining about the penalty. Maybe we need to learn how we put pressure on the referee. In this type of game every minimal detail can help you to win.”

Good thing that he understands it's all about winning at Juve:

He added: “Juventus are specialists because they have the habit to win and the habit to put pressure on the referee. It’s a club with a culture to try to do everything to help the team. It’s the small details and I believe those details can help us to achieve what we want.”

His lack of trophies is also seriously disturbing. Even the worst Arsenal team in a generation won 4 FA Cups in the last 5-6 years.
I actually like him. Young coach, forward thinking, aggressive style of play, good motivator... and I’d rather take a flyer on a coach like that, than on an old fuck like Sarri who can’t motivate a squad to save his life.... but I do agree that the lack of trophies is worrisome... I’d choose a promising young coach like him or Inzaghi over a Sarri type or an old washed up dud like Mou/Mancini/Capello every time though.

A gamble , but i really like him personally and he seems to be very liked by his players also. Only question is his tactical ability and his ability to handle a team like Juve. That being said i feel he is much more suited to us than what Sarri ever was.

What he did at Tottenham was impressive. The fans are still angry they sacked him to this day. And also, he did what he did with Spurs with more or less no financial backing. Correct me if im wrong but i dont think he had a single transfer during his years as manager there. Games like the one against Ajax in CL show his teams play with passion and the willingness to sacrifice, never seen that with Sarris Juve
It is in 18/19 , they dont do much transfer dealing for incoming player
