but renewing the co-ownership doesn´t mean buying isla´s other half. inter will always have to deal with udinese and juve, don´t they?

Depends whose half Inter tried to buy (Inter don't have much cash, so I think they only want one half of Isla).

The third party would still have to consent to a deal between Inter and the owner of Isla's other half, but the third party wouldn't be negotiating directly with Inter.

If Juve want to negotiate directly with Inter it could mean there is an Inter player Juve want.

Di Marzio : Inter have offered 5-5.5m for his half but Juve want 7.5m euros.

Also

There was an attempt to enter into negotiations Bardi or Duncan in return, but Inter did not want to give her jewelry.
