That was the naive part. Personally I doubt that he mentioned Real without being asked about it. My guess is that those Chilean journalists at the live show asked him if he has a favorite team he wants to play for in the future and he answered honestly. If he was more experienced he was gonna answer with the name of his favorite Chilean team, but he's obviously still young and he created a needless problem to himself by being honest.
