Let's not be ridiculous because we are Juve fans. My question to you ,only-juve, have you ever seen Maldini play? He is considered worldwide one of the greatest LB
He never was a CB, and Yes also Baresi was fabulous> To me the greatest Italian CB I have see are Baresi and Scirea , the greatest LB 1. Maldini 2. Cabrini. Amen

If Juve takes DE LIGT, it's over. Again. And then we go directly to the next season. He is the strongest defender in circulation, he allows you to defend two by freeing the exteriors. Like in Ajax. With him, Juve would bingo.

No, because we've started going after flavor of the month and offering 19 year olds 12m net. No stilo juve.

Stilo Juve has allways had a hand in the big bucks record spending field. Before the galactico and EPL tv era began, Juve had pretty much most of the big transfer records set, from John Charles, to Platini to right up to Baggio signing. Del Piero and Baggio used to have the highest salary in sports with us....

They allways done it in responsible way, but rest assured lo stilo Juve has allways been backed by Fiat checks when it needed it.

Dont mistake the post calciopoli financial handicaps for lo stilo Juve...

I dont mind us offering a massive wage to de Ligt. He's worth it. My concern is his release clause. A release clause of €150m is totally off in todays market.

That might be, but it's undeniable that post 11 we took on a changed style as a club and a unique strategy in the transfermarket. One that I liked and which became lo stilo juve for me - hence my scepticism when it comes to moves like these. He's 19 - since when do 19 year old CB's even get on the field for us?

When they just kicked our sorry asses and are possibly the best CB of their generation?

And post 11 approach and financial dealings were not lo stilo Juve in core even if it was smart management. It was climbing up from the abyss in a grueling journey back to lo stilo Juve. A sporting and financial powerhouse that can compete with the best.

In post 11, players like Di Natale were saying no to us...we sold our best mids because we couldn't afford the salary they get elsewhere. That's definitely a wounded and handicapped Juve and not one that is representing what Juve been throughout its history. We used to have the most balon D winning players in top clubs.

I'm not worried about playing premium moolah to get the best young players there is. That is what we should go back to doing, now that we have gradually grown back to the financial health necessary to make it happen again.

Be excited bro, getting De Ligt is like getting a Nesta while he was starting out in Lazio...

- People are happy with reported fee;
- People are fine with reported wage;
- People think this is Pep news all over and are reserved;
- People are excited.

There we have it, 600 posts summed up. These things will be repeated for the next 60 pages - saving everyone's time.
