After the first appeal, Milan were "rewarded" points that put them in the fourth place. (Berlusconi)
Then came the UEFA and let them in.

Where did you see me defending Moggi?
i didnt say u were i was just reminding you that you had moggi running things two seasons ago like when we had a goal disallowed againts udinese so that you could win the league

thats a different incident, maybe it should've been a foul but am talking about that the other one with Lucic and Klose.

He pulls his arm out to stop klose when he was on his way, how is that NOT a yellow card. And look at Lucic's reaction after he did the foul, he walks away knowing he deserved a yellow.
He always looks like that. :p He's a clean guy, who touches the guys shirt like every defender does who goes broadway on him. Probably stopped because he didn't want to go 1 on 1 with Linderoth, and got a FK instead.

And no It's not a completely different incident. It's right before the yellow, if we had just got our FK there wouldn't have been a Swede with a yellow close to a random German. So we got a very doubtful second yellow and got thrown out from the competition by some samba gangster.

We got punished for that, you were rewarded and played in the CL.

About a year ago there was a chance to buy Finnish Second Division Matches for around 50'000 EUR ;)

P.S. I know cases from my country... Panionis - Dinamo Tbilisi - there were heavy betting on the outcome of (dinamo winning first half and Paninois second)

I think the score was (0-1) 5-1

also the Greek league seems really into business:)
what happened to your rep??

So you're saying Australia agreed to lose 1-0? Now that's a revolutionary idea. If you're saying the ref fixed it, you might want to know Materazzi a highly debatable red card in the beginning of the second half.
 highly debatable? Flying in two-footed, studs up, nowhere near the ball is a red card in most people's books.

oops thought this thread was about cricket...:p :D
:D Not many people would understand this one, but there were some good Hansie Cronje jokes going school after that :)

I am talking about that specific incident ifs and buts don't count here.

so ur saying Germany fixed because of a debatable foul that Lucic did on a player that passed him but he "touched him" to infringe his run
and a (lets say foul) on freddie in the middle of the park where it wouldn't have cause no harm.

And you forget to mention that Germany outplayed Sweden all over the field and you had your Teddy lucic on the field whilst Germany were already 2-0 up.

So am sorry mate, but that doesn't even comes close to the one with you boys and Denmark

Talking about games that are fixed and that will be fixed in the future. It's a huge part of football and it deserves a discussion of its own.
I was looking forward to next season but you have now ruined it all. Maybe I should just go back to watching high school competitions. :D

I have a question for everyone here:
If all of football is manipulated how do you enjoy matches?

You had those chances, but we were on our way back before that incident with some nice combinations. Of course it's going to go down in history with two early goals and then a red, like you outplayed us. Sweden always strikes best from behind, always has.

No I'm not saying it was fixed or not, haven't even occured to me. That idiot just came to my mind when Seven mentioned the refs in Germany. All I know is 10 seconds before the situation he gave Lucic the yellow, he had just let a five times worse situation slip. It would deny this to happen, and any other referee would make up for it by letting another "situation" slip. He didn't.

Danes doesn't even like us. Why would they give us a late minute goal when they were already throw and coming second in the group? Money? Like any of two countries known (was at least, before this nonsense) as the most professional would take that risk.

Not all of football is manipulated. Just a very good part and I don't enjoy that part. If I see Juventus beating Siena, I won't be celebrating.

Tim Parks in his book "A Season With Verona" tackled this question Ali...If we know that matches are fixed then it will loose all interest, if we know that all matches are not fixed then football is very exciting, however if we know that matches maybe fixed it would make it even more exciting.

All the analysis, debates, and controversy arise from the belief that matches might have been fixed, nobody is every 100% sure. If we were we won't have no analysis or debates :)

we need to start fixing matches again if we want easy access to CL and sscudetti soon

You'll be suprised how in our first season back how focused the players will be. Also i wanna see us win the coppa Italia and get that big Silver star for our 10th Coppa. :D

And get in C.L position of course. :D
