Agree 100%.

This would be an awesome development for him but let's not pretend he didn't look DISMAL in all his appearances for us and even among the Next Gen he never was a particularly impressive standout. Awesome if he can truly be a top level player or even a dependable player for us but its pretty revisionist history for anybody to act like he was anything more than a hope and a prayer.

maybe but i guess he'd presence in WC even as bench player rather than watching it from home. coz this guy has not shown anything special to become regular starter in top level teams.
