What’s insane is this downfall happened so crazy fast after our 9 scudetti run and the 4-5 year period from 2014-15 to 2017-18 (even ‘18-19 sorta) where we were finally back to being a top 3-5 squad in Europe again. It was Madrid, Barca, Bayern, Juve, and Atletico at the absolute top of the football pyramid. And now we’ve completely fallen off. I wouldn’t even call us a top 25 team in football now. Paratici taking over, Ronaldo signing, no grinta after no grinta signing, European super league PR fiasco, bringing in Sarri, then Pirlo, then a washed up Allegri’s return just killed us completely. You are correct. He’s not a coach. Any monkey can tell the side to put 11 dudes behind the ball. Not hard at all. I can do it, you can do it, anybody who has played the game can as well.
