Chiesa - Vlahovic - Di Maria
Pogba - Loca - Paredes/Fagioli
Sandro/Kostic - Bremer - Danilo - Cuadrado
Tek

+ Milik, Miretti, Iling

That squad should easily compete for the title and survive the CL group stage. It really isn’t a very bad team, the sad thing here is that we haven’t once seen the team playing a match all together.
Yes that squad should compete in Italy, but the fact that 6/11 players, especially those front 3, have barely been fit this season tells you all there is how poorly constructed this roster is.

Paredes, Pogba, Di Maria were our 3 “marquee players” this summer each earning 7m+ yet they barely played any game this season. The team that we were able to consistently field this season has been this:

Tek, Sandro, Danilo, Bremer, Kostic, Rabiot, Locatelli, Miretti/Fagioli, whoever’s available on the right, Kean, Milik

and this team is fucking piss poor and has no business being in a Scudetto race. This is not to defend Allegri, who is part of the problem and should leave at the end of the season, but this club fell off the biggest cliff there is over the past 3/4 years. The collapse is one of the biggest I’ve seen in all of sports, unreal actually.

so yea, we need to address the coaching department but people who think we will all of a sudden compete by just replacing the coach are in for a rude awakening (not saying this is you btw).

Once the new board is official they need to appoint a sporting director and sit down and draw up a ten year plan of what kind of club they want this Juventus to be.

If they intend to play modern attacking football then they need to ditch Allegri and appoint someone to fit their plans and the same with the NextGen so we can promote the younger players with ease and they'll understand the clubs new philosophy.

If they intend to stick to a defensive pragmatic style then they need to instill that mentality to the NextGen too so we can groom these kinds of players for the first team though im personally against this option.

No point playing attacking free flowing football with the kids just to have a coach beat it out of them in the senior team.

Let's do this reset right.

you mean those who believed some shitty tuttosport article and thought that he's our new ferguson? or those who also believe some other shitty rumor about his full control over our mercato? then i definitely agree.
I wasn’t referring to you, but seems like I touched a nerve.

But thanks for fluffing Max again. I’m sure he has no say on anything. It’s all Tici’s fault.

He probably does have a say. But even if he didn't, with the money we've spent we're not retaining a manager who has us play this poorly even if our roster could be better.

That being said, I hope our board can focus on the bigger picture and see that all our problems won't be solved just by changing the manager.
