Conte would be a massive upgrade compared to current Allegri, but we need to look to our squad and the will of the trainer aswel. I doubt that he’s particularly interested in building a new Juventus from scratch with youngsters. He wants short term succes and investments. He might accept the job but I don’t doubt that it will come at the expense of practically all the young guys who show potential. We’ll sign experienced low cost players as soon as the mercato arrives

I want someone with high squad discipline and fitness, but someone who likes working with a young group aswel. I’m not sure who that will be tho, probably one of the lesser known trainers. I wouldn’t mind sacking Allegri and trying with Montero for the remaining season.

Do you feel ashamed (of the UCL elimination)?

"These things happen in football. There are teams who went 8 years without playing the Champions League. We're not embarrassed it is not a failure to exit the group stage of the champions League."

You say I exaggerate but don't say how. You want to wait for De Ligt for what exactly? He is 23, he's gonna be improving regardless of environment. In a few years he's likely the best CB in Europe, but people will come here and claim we were ruining him while Bayern made him great. Dybala is Dybala at this point, I don't think he will level up. What do you think of Kulu and Bentancur?
Not necessarily. Coaching and environment absolutely matters especially during formative years. There is a reason some clubs are better for young players' progress than others. Game time, role models, tactical training, fitness training and conditioning methods, winning mentality...variety of factors influence whether a player will fulfill their maximum potential or stagnate. Salah wouldnt have gotten this good if he had stayed in the Egyptian league. De Ligt's skills when he is ~28 years old, would have definitely been influenced by whether he honed his craft here or at Bayern or in the Egyptian League. Personally I am not sold on him becoming best CB in Europe no matter where he goes. He can be one of the solid reliable ones in one of the top teams but "Best" strikes me as too high for him.

Bentacur is a useful average/above average midfielder not the utter shit that we witnessed. Not gonna set the world alight either. I dont think he'd be a gauranteed starter in any team thats challenging for EPL title but a regular for top 4 sure.

Kulu has serious potential he can be a top winger and can start at a bigger club if he fulfills his potential.

Elimination is a failure for this club, no two ways about it and is a shame to exit the way we have, getting beaten by amateurs. Once in a while he should take some responsibility.

We need fast restart, dont mind losing 4th as long as allegri and management gone, 2 years restart with udinese coach and 2025 we aiming for 4th and scudetti, young grinta team, absolute doable.

we are by far the richest and most attractive club in the league. 4th place should never be acceptable when we are competing with broke teams. That’s not considering the historical stature of who we are up against

He doesn’t take responsibility… ever! I think he might not have done it even once. That’s the basics of leadership
