Some of you people either have a very short memory or must be 16 years old. Allegri has won lots with us and got us to a CL final twice. And realistically, how much is a coach to blame for the failure of an organization? He's just an easy target. The truth is we've been doing some very stupid shit ever since Marotta left and we're paying for our mistakes now. We need to rebuild as a club. Not just fire a coach and get someone else.
That's great and all, but it's long in the past now. Obviously there are deeper problems, but in the immediacy we should be beating teams like Monza, Salernitana, Sampdoria, and Haifa. That's on the coach. This is what he was brought in to do after all, "right the ship." Missing out on Champions League money is only going to make it worse, we can't handle this bullshit from him right now.

and i bet he wanted kean as a replacement too, right? amer pls

also, the ultras lost it completely:

- according to rumors agnelli is the only one who wants to stick with allegri (at least these are the rumors, the same ones that the ultras can read, regardless of how credible these are)
- ultras don't support agnelli
- ultras want allegri to stay

what?! jj deserves these idiots
@Badass Management what are your henchmen doing?

He may have been what was needed in the past but he’s not what we need now. He had a lot of big characters that were self driven and always hungry to win alongside the talent.

This current group need coaching on basic patterns of play in a set formation on the ball for consistency, a repeated kick up the arse and some fear beat into them.
Instead, he’s trying to protect their psychological state and rewards poor individual performances with regular starts and first team appearances.

Di Maria Cuadrado Sandro Rabiot possibly Paredes etc all know they won't be here next summer so what's their incentive to give 100% other than to be fit for the World Cup?

This retreat could have them down tools completely and if this happens I hope there will be strong repercussions for all those involved.

Allegri or not Allegri, any player who is outspoken about being against the training retreat is to blame.

In the current crisis, to be against a retreat is the clearest symptom of entitlement and a problematic mentality.
The question is will the retreat lead to positive impacts?
I highly doubt it will change our season

Training retreat is bullshit...
yeah, that's why millions of companies around the world use work retreats for team building purposes

it's not supposed to be a punishment, it's a punishment for those who aren't dedicated enough. i'm not sure about the effectiveness of a retreat, it might not change our season, but i'm positive that any player opposing it should fuck off

Clearly change is needed. Everyone needs to focus and train, and refusing to try things against the management in such a crisis is a red flag.
Idk the situation in this club seems very toxic right now and the players seems don't want to play under Allegri anymore. I can understand if they refuse training retreat.
Maybe just changing coach is enough to bring back better environment and enthusiasm. Like what Chelsea did with Di Matteo and Tuchel. And I must say Di Matteo wasn't really a coach, he was just lucky
Sometimes what players need are just confidence and unity.

But seems Agnelli insisting that he will keep Allegri til season end.

This is the least that we can expect from the overpaid brats really no grinta or pride in most of the players.
