Everything has been repeated at least a hundred times, it is boring and the desperate measures to exaggerate has gone too far. Maybe that one was a bit funny but it remains a fact that not a single Juve fan on this forum has celebrated the fourth place.
There's plenty that do think that 4th is our level though. Some even think that finishing 4th is a miracle :D

We're back in 4th, guys!
The miracle is that 4th place, we have no quality. We have no CM’s (except for loca) we have no LB and RB, No CB to partner MDL and no AM.
With this squad we will be fighting for a CL spot. If we end up being 4th it would be quite an achievement.
Finishing 3rd would be our Scudetto

He actually had outscored his xGoals by around 5 before we bought him. :lol3:

On RUS’ favourite site, FBref, Vlahovic’s Non-penalty xGoals/90 at Viola this year was 0.39/90.

At Juve Vlahovic’s non-penalty xGoals/90 are 0.47/90.

It gets even worse if you add in xAssists. 0.59 NP XG+XA vs 0.49 NP XG + XA. Like 20% improvement here under Max

RUS wrecked. I’m sure he’s gonna post some heat maps now. :lol2:
Oh, so we shouldn't count penalty goals now, it's a new low.

I expected the Scudetto, as always, so no shit I'm disappointed.

So the next thing to look at for me is do/did we improve over the course of the season? Are there signs we are going to be in for the scudetto next season? And the answer to that is a clear yes imo.

That is also why I didn't wanna keep Pirlo, or even Sarri, even though he managed to win it.

We didn't improve at all under Pirlo, it was the same shit all season. Would have been jihadiball to go give him another season.

And we didn't improve under Sarri either, not to mention the guy was a misfit at Juventus and anyone with a working pair of eyes could spot that.

Only thing left this season is the Coppa Italia, so hopefully we win that.

Then reinforcements in the summer and I can't see us not being favorites for the Scudetto.

I'm a throater, but he has to deliver next season. This isn't Arsenal where you can go years without winning anything.

It's stupid to say the opposite if you have a look at the 2nd half of the season table.
In the race of scudetto when your opponents beat all other teams too, the head to head record will be the one that crucial in the end
There are 38 matches for 1 season to grab, you dont win the scudetto by taking 25 matches only and neglected the other matches where you give up point after point

Of course you don't count penalties if you want to make accurate comparisons on goal output. That's basic stuff that any football stat analyst should be aware of. Penalty goals can heavily skew any comparison because the number of penalties a player takes can vary quite a bit from season to season.

rus discounts and ignores wins, and cries over possession instead. why would anyone expect him to accept facts that won't support his petty agenda?

Now we've managed a balance. We're solid. But we lack any sense of how to attack yet. That's gonna take longer to figure out. And i'm sure Chiesa is gonna be heavily included. I have a feeling that Chiesa is about to become our number 10. And he's about to be exploited by Allegri. Chiesa was the absolute best player of the Euros Italy won. The world fell in love with Chiesa during that tournament. He's on another level on his day.

Next season is gonna be 4-4-1-1. We're gonna invite teams to come at us. Vlahovic is gonna use his physicality and Chiesa will exploit the spaces that it creates. Just that alone can result in 1.5 goals per game. But in games where a team locks up against us, that's what i'm interested to see, and am gonna judge Allegri on after next season. Not now, after this freak of a season. It was damage control from the beginning of the season.
Exactly my stance as well: if its the same shit next season then he should leave. Damage control is a perfectly put description for the situation this season, and given the conditions i think he has done what he could.

Being realistic is not the same as celebrating.

This doesn’t support RUS either because both us and Viola have taken 9 penalties this year. The difference being that Vlahovic hasn’t been a penalty taker for us. Lol

Our inability to beat 3 teams above us is the sign we are far regressed, so it is funny to say that we are improving
I think we need to look at the bigger picture and not just game by game or compare this season to last.

We've pretty much secured the CL spot with 4 games to go. We're finally in position to get rid of some heavy deadwood in the summer. We have a coach with a clear philosophy, whether it's attractive or not if it brings results I don't care. Arrivabene and Cherubini seems like reasonable guys, the president has humbled himself and the coach is in sync with the management.

Chiesa will be back, Vlahovic with a full Juve preseason will improve. Some sensible signings and I predict we'll be back to ourselves maybe not next season but definitively 2023-2024. It can take years to clean up the mess from a failed sporting director, just look at Man United now and the Milano clubs in the 2010s.

if Max does it in 2 seasons that's in line with if not more than we could ask for. Let's not f this up by making changes again.
