I said a few posts ago it starts from the top. He has lots of influence ofc too we didn't see signs real signs of conflict with management.

Exactly with Conte we saw that they clearly were not aligned. We didn't see such complaints from Allegri and he spoke positively about the transfers every year.

Now it could be that secretly he doesn't like what he is getting or is privately communicating to them that these transfers are not good enough.

But from what he was saying to the media and the fans he seemed satisfied. I think you are projecting your dissatisfaction onto him. The guy never said he wasn't backed even after he was sacked.

To rectify you a bit, I put him as marginally having higher potential than Allegri, in todays football. I dont really rate Conte. Who do you rate? you keep mentioning other peoples rankings but never had the balls to post anything yourself, even if you are the most active poster on these matters.

There is always doubt. The fact that we like the guy and find no sense in unreasonable bashing, especially after wins, doesnt mean we want him to stay in case he fails to deliver next season. We have said plenty of times that the real evaluation of his work will be done after he spends another year and builds a team to his preference. 1 summer mercato isnt enough to oust all the dead wood accumulated by previous sporting director. The current team, especially with all the injuries atm, is the epitome of mediocrity. Players like Rabiot, Arthur, Sandro, even Danilo have no business being part of starting 11. Morata has been more miss than hit this year and in general hes very inconsistent player, for every club hes played so far. Dybala, sadly, another example of a player that has struggled in recent years with consistency.

Fans will always love these ''motivator" coaches who flap their arms around and try to drive blood out of a stone. Problem with Conte is that his flame burns brightly for a bit and everyone gets on board but he has to recycle players because the shtick gets old after a while. You can't go full throttle all the time, we tried it and it didn't work. But having said that we could certainly do with throttle at the moment.

We are both guessing whether he was satisfied and influencing the decision-making of the club or not. He was here for years and eventually replaced majority of Conte's team bit by bit. Don't pretend that you know he wasn't aligned to it. He could be a yes man and secretly against the transfer strategy or he could be a yes man and a supporter of the transfer strategy.

I don't understand where you get this confidence that he wasn't on-side for it. We are speculating. My speculation from the context is that the guy stayed for half a decade, left and after agreeing to join Madrid came back running the moment Juve made contact. All signs of someone who is really on side with the decision making at the top. Not exactly what you'd expect from someone who just tolerates the bad decisions or suffers in silence.

I've been reading this shit on here since the days Roma were competitive and used to have 70% possession against us, it was just from a different member. We are more regularly ceding possession deliberately, firstly because we have a shit midfield (and reduced options there), secondly because we have a strong defence to fall back on, and thirdly because we now have more dynamic strikers to take advantage of counters. This isn't what Juve will be looking to do regularly, moving forward, but it's the situation we find ourselves, and a good skill to have up your sleeve.

There is just no way of knowing if a coach is going to be a natural or a Delneri when it comes to the Juve job. I'd rather not keep gambling every season.

It depends on many factors. In Allegri’s case, a good number of those factors are not in his favour to be fair. Allegri has always been a tier 1 coach, his past achievements prove it. The team he inherited last summer was just not good enough bar a few individuals. We’re still far from being a complete and compact squad with a couple of good players in every position.

I think it will take a couple of years before we’re at that stage. We can’t judge Allegri at this point, it would be baseless. I think the club needs stability and sustainable growth. Allegri fits into that approach, hence why he’s the only right choice at the present time.
