I love how many want him out now because of a number of trophies and number of points compared to Pirlo, but when Max was averaging 90pts per season and 2 trophies per season that didn't matter. Swell fellas
Mourinho has won 3 CL's with 3 different clubs, he has won more Premier League titles than any of the active club managers.....but that doesnt mean shit, cause he is washed up, done and dusted and is a football relic....

Again, 5 years ago. And no, I don't think the other 2 coaches are suitable for this team either.
who's suitable for this team?

Personally I don’t want him out. I’m just disillusioned with wasting three years whilst getting progressively worse each year and continuing to piss away money.

If we judge Allegri on his body of work overall this year, then in my opinion it is substandard. Work has been done off the ball, but there is no progress in an attacking sense outside of approach play from the back and counter attacks.
We are also 9 months in and have no clear first 11 or preferable formation much like last year.

However, changing again puts us in the same position as we have been the last 2 years and I don’t trust the management to bring in a coach and evolve the team to their strengths.
I would only advocate getting rid if the above is met and this team bottles the 4th spot too.

If past achievements matter so much Lippi would still be Juve coach by now maybe even Trappatoni
Some want him out not because he WAS bad. but he IS bad

Mourinho isna relic just like Ancelotti was. He hasn't coached a team capable of winning the biggest trophies since Chelsea. In large part because he burned bridges in a lot of places but that doesn't make him a bad coach.

Besides, that has nothing to do with what I wrote. I just love people pretending trophies pr point total has anything to do with them wanting him out.

Looking at the season as a whole it’s been a huge disappointment. Allegri should be doing a much better job and that is apparent as the season progresses. We’re at a stage of the season now where we should have the appearance of a football team with some built out patterns of play, we don’t have anything like this. Goals when they come are lucky and incredibly infrequent. We’re harder to beat than at the start of the season but we’re incredibly easy to stop from scoring.

Allegri doesn’t seem capable of building attacking patterns of play, that’s worrying because even pirlo could do that. Is it the players? To a degree, we have no creativity or skill in midfield, but when we are being out scored in the league by Verona… it’s a certainty that Verona don’t have a superior attack or midfield.. Allegri is lacking a game plan and it shows.

The reality is that he isn’t going to be fired, we gave him a huge contract for a reason. We absolutely have to invest this summer on attacking players with talent. We need a LB, CM x2, LW, AM & a player that can support Vlahovic.
Even in his first spell it has been like that. He has been found out to be honest. He is a coach that NEEDS a midfield to carry him because he has no clue of attacking tactics or playing progressive. That is in no way an "Elite coach". He is the typical old school italian coach who knows how to park the bus but he refuses to work on attacking plans because who knows why. A total has been.

He is an outdated coacht that needs to retire to be honest

But like you said, unless Elkann goes very mad about it, Allegri will go nowhere...so we better buy him a midfield that can play without a coach or we will be in the same position next year

Mourinho is like an infection. You don't notice at first but then it spreads everywhere. He's as toxic as they come and throws everyone under the bus when things start going wrong and they always do.

Of all the active coaches in the world today he would be the last on my list.

Is it true we have to win every remaining match just to match Pirlo's point tally? And he was called amateur this and that.

I'm not one of the haters but you gotta have your head so far up your ass not to see this season is undefendable.

I definitely agree with the Mourinho thing. He is an old fashioned coach. He is on the bottom of my list as well.

If we do change coach we should take 2 factors into equation - Mental, Style.
Mental is a must but style means do we want an attacking type of football that fits the current era? Klopp or a Klopp type of coach.
If the type of football is ok but we want results - Conte is definitely the guy.
