Conte juve would have been eliminated in the group stage of the champions league itself.
Maybe. But at least we could get our mentality back. And play as a proper unit first. Get scudetto. And then we can think ourself in UCL contender. Maybe fire him againt. Step by step.
We won't get scudetto in following years with our current mentality. Even if we buy good player.
Our main problem is we don't do anything as a unit. Everything is disjointed, no cohesion anywhere. Sometimes a CM presses, sometimes he doesn't. If he presses, the other two are asleep. If somehow they're all pressing, then the backline just runs the opposite way.

If we attack, Chiesa gets it and runs. No one follows. Maybe McKennie follows, definitely not Rabiot. Alex Sandro will overlap if he feels like it, usually he doesn't.

Morata is a pussy but sometimes he is literally the only Juve player in your television picture. How can he be so isolated? It's complete shambles.
We try to.play cohesive like that in sarri and pirlo era. Not really working. And get messier in allegri era.

So btw, it's not about playing style.

it was all downhill since 2015, after vidal's departure.
yeah, '15 team was the best since lippi's almost invincible juve. still, '17 team was unquestionably a great team, save for cardiff

even next season, we managed to play pretty good football. too bad for that madrid first leg without pjanic and that ridiculous dybala red. i'd be very happy with a team of similar level now.

Paratici gifted us Ramsey, decision making is strong in that one.
Yup lets just ignore the fact that most of his signings are now actually our biggest assets i.e. Chiesa, Kulu, De Ligt, Mckennie whilst Danilo is somewhat integral in this side, rabiot has some form of resale value given he doesn't get injured too often.

What did Marotta gift us? a bunch of players in their late 20s on big wages with 0 resale.

Check the whole package, he financially crippled the club with shit deals. Besides you have the audacity to bring up Kulu and Rabiot lol

and let's generously forget that most of the squad signed his last contract with tici. tici's assets include rugani, tek, ramsey, rabiot, pellegrini, demiral, morata, basically everyone bar 6 players if i'm not mistaken. and let's forget that romero was sold for a visible minusvalenza just to be re-sold by atalanta for a massive plusvalenza. and let's ignore that de ligt and chiesa were massive investments, it's only normal that they are key players - but other areas like striker, midfield and fullback were massively ignored. tici had 3 years to either sell or extend dybala, now he's an asset on an expiring contract.

oh, and if rabiot's an asset, then arthur must be one too. 72m gift, the pinnacle of tici's glory years

I’m slowly getting to the conclusion that he’s the wrong man for the job. He’s a great coach indeed, but perhaps not suitable for a rebuild job.
1- After half a season he criticizes the team as if he’s a pundit and not the leader of that team. the comment he made yesterday regarding midfielders just running around was the prime example. He has criticized Rabiot countless times yet he almost always starts.
2- I was hoping his man management skills turns us into a team but I don’t see any improvements. The protest scenes after final whistle yesterday were embarrassing. We have only scored 28 goals yet we’re so scared to move the line a little bit higher even with a decimated Napoli side.
The moves in the final third is frankly worse than mid table clubs. His football currently is not better than Pirlo’s.
it’s not only him that looks wrong for the task. All the management hierarchy seems to be out of their depth. If we finish the season outside of top 4, as it seems very likely, I hope Agnelli leaves too.

Zidane is available waiting for a big transfer budget.
