WTF???

Do people really think that this Mercato Allegri had his say, that he chose to keep MDS and Rugani???
Are you telling us that you think Allegri is such a whimp that after getting canned with a Scudetto in his hands, hibernates 2 years and then comes back only to get fucked again? Even Sarri who is a useless whimp would complain and not accept this, so I dont believe that story.
Only logical explanation is that Allegri has been part of all of this and found some common ground with the directors on transfers. And for us who believes in him, that should reassure us that things will be okay and we will win the Scudetto again. He always won.

He does have a say. It's just that MDS and Rugani are on high wages (for their actual worth) and unwanted by other clubs. He also knows them well, and has a soft spot for MDS in particular since his Milan days. If nobody want them, Allegri probably thought keeping them around is just better than releasing them for free or loaning them out while paying their salaries.
But that's totally different than what many here are saying. He didn't keep Rugani because he thinks he is the solution for our defensive problems, but probably because of the reasons you mentioned.

Of course, Allegri is part of it as he was aware of the situation he is in, but that's the complete opposite of telling that he hand-picked Rugani over Demiral or Berna over Fagioli etc.

Too late to be furious after the deadline, I give example from another coach above (not I implied that Juric is better than Allegri)
I need to clarified because it is this or the other for Tuz poster.

But this action after the deadline if this is true will give nothing to improve squad, only shifting the fault and getting some excuses, lowering dressing room morale (show that he did not trust the players at his disposal)

Yeah I can imagine Allegri sitting there and asking for "a big name" What is Blazsczykowski up to these days?

This is fan tears spilling over.
I read it from another source, there was no mention of "big name", he wanted someone who is a center forward and does not think Kean is one. He also wanted Pjanic or someone similar and did not get that either. There is also mention about Kean's character that he is not fond of.

This squad screams 4231 for me with Dybala dropping back deep to help with moving the ball forward and offering some creativity. He would also be useful for the CF as neither Morata nor Kean are Ibra level forwards who can lead the forward line.
The only problem with this is that by making dybala drop deep constantly as false 9, we minimise his goalscoring threat up front slightly. He will be part of the build up play as opposed to the end product. Now that Ronaldo is gone as well we have literally no one other than Kean or Morata to maintain a similar goal tally from that of previous seasons, which is impossible. Unless, we move Chiesa out of position and closer to goal.

Until we bring in another 2 or 3 quality midfielders, dybala will be drifting deep to get the ball and give himself opportunities.

Morata kean dybala can all score goals...but the service to them average at best.

We've got 4 guys who can play CF so I'm not sure I agree with that sentiment. Obviously none of them directly replace Ronaldo, it's an impossible task technically and financially, but there is a group of attacking players there who need to score 80 goals. Ronaldo might get 30 but you still need the others from the rest of the team. That's why Allegri speaks about McKennie getting 10, Chiesa being a striker, and so on.

Dybala 20
Morata 12
Kean 12
Chiesa 10
McKennie 8
Kulusevski 8
Cuadrado 6
Locatelli 4
Rest 8

This is the ideal scenario, however it can change due to injury. Others might be forced to contribute more. What worries me is how much we will need from Dybala. But now Ronaldo is gone we have half a chance from free kicks, Dybala should score 4 or 5 from them alone.

Allegri is a sensible, smart and patient man. He always calls himself a company coach and I also believe Agresti when he says Max has more control in transfers. That does not mean he is the main man but I do believe as opposed to last time he can put a veto or say a specific name he wants (Locatelli).

I also know he talked about being our Ferguson and havin an idea for new Juve just before he was fired the last time.

I also know he came here on a long term contract and chose us over going to RM, twice.

And I know by reading his book and his players tribune article he considers himself a coach, not a manager, he loves working with young players, teaching and improving them so I doubt he has anything against Moise.

This does not sound like a man that would throw a tantrum over not getting any panic buys late or not spending a 100m on a top level striker (there aren't any btw). I am sure he knew about financial constraints when he came back.

He signed a long term contract, he came here out of emotion towards Juve, he knows it won't be easy. But he will manage and do great I am convinced.

Dybala’s consistency worries me.

The transfer deadline has now passed in Italy, so no more players will be coming into Turin until January.
Calcio e Finanza calculated that between wages and transfer fees, the Bianconeri make a total benefit of €52.332m compared to last summer.
However, if the wages are not taken into consideration, the improvement is just €24.5m.
A large chunk of that is because Ronaldo’s sale to Manchester United for €15m plus up to €8m in bonuses generates a net loss on his original €117m transfer fee from Real Madrid in 2018.
The Bianconeri had been hoping for at least €29m to avoid making a loss on his fee, but are down just under €14m.
Nonetheless, the club does save €57.350m gross in wages for the remaining year of his contract.
Juve sold Cristian Romero to Atalanta, with the previously-agreed €16m option, resulting in a loss of €1.264m.
