Anyone who thinks even for a second that Allegri is sabotaging himself and the team in 2nd week, to make some imaginary childish point instead of try to WIN the actual points in the game, needs to just log the fuck off from Tuz, like right fucking now.

Come back when you woke up and realize football isnt a telenova or days of our lives type of shit.
Wait! What? Is there anyone saying that?

Not worried about the poor results so far, he will fix things up as he usually does, however what really worries me is:

1. His strong (and blind) faith in some of our players' abilities even though they have proven year after year that they don't have what it takes to be at a club like Juve. I do believe in second chances but how many more chances should Sandro, Bentancur, Bernardeschi and DeSciglio get? He knows them well unlike the newer incompetent players like Rabiot, Ramsey, Texas and Arthur, what are his expectations really? Club can't sell them so you're stuck with them, but why play them when you know they have been shit for years?

2. Squad should have been refreshed and more of the mediocre players should have been axed, sadly that's not the case so the majority of our players atm are unmotivated, unfocused and unintelligent, that's bad because every working and winning formula that Max creates will not be executed the way he wants and eventually will be let down by his own players - most of them lack both the football brain and football abilities and this is really, really bad. Max would look for soldiers with high football IQ like Mandzukic and Khedira but will have to deal with the low IQ incompetence of Benta, Berna, Texas and the rest...

3. Keep it simple people say, simple might be the only thing that could work this season, the simpler the better. Okay, but there are several teams in Italy and especially Europe that play intelligent football, have intelligent players and coaches so whenever we get to face them we would be predictable and easy to shut down, making our chances of success very slim...

4. Lack of leadership... Obvious...

I'll stop there, though few other things worry me too, all in all unlike the previous two rookies Max is a winner and a proven world class manager so it's inevitable that he would build a solid unit, he's got few key players with great quality but it would be really, really nice and actually very, very important if the club provides him with at least one more player of that bunch until Tuesday, preferably in midfield, starting left back is also of high importance, but... I'm not that optimistic.

I would love it if the management realize how important is to make an investment now and don't wait until next summer even if that said investments and deals are not that great financially - try your best and remove whoever you can from the scrubs, gift them to someone with dry loans, pay a part of their salary even, fuckin terminate contracts if you have to, just ship them off, whatever it takes, just fuck it with the financial loss.

Try your best and bring in a Gosens and a Tchouameni, two players like that would make a huge difference when added to DeLigt, Cuads, Loca and Chiesa...

He had a nightmare yesterday. The formation was a joke.
Imo we should go for a 4-2-3-1 next time, with either either Kean/Morata as a nine, Chiesa and Kulu on the wings and Dybala as a second striker. In midfield it has to be Loca and Rabiot.
I have full faith in Maxllegri to turn it around.
He is a winner through and through.

So I listened to the post game interview. I agree with him on most points

- the team becomes too frenetic when something goes wrong, we can't allow that
-we are too impatient both on offense and defence (trying to win the ball back and losing shape)
-too often do players try to solve problems by themselves, we need to play more as a team
-we need to keep calm during the game when things don't go right, he said Danilo, Cuadrado, Bonucci did this (my feeling is that he's implying he wants more experience)
:agree: I was going to post this in the match thread. We actually looked decent before the goal, and then panic set in afterwards. We've lost that calmness and determination that we used to have. This is going to take a while.

All good points and I'm glad he realises it.

To be honest I was against signing an older midfielder but maybe we need someone experienced in the middle. Our most experienced player is Rabiot who is 26 and seems to have the leadership of a teenager. Ramsey is no leader, never fit and has little experience in his position. Bentancur is 24, Arthur is 25.

Quality is the biggest issue but experience and maturity is definitely a big problem too. Far too often the team collapses when something bad happens. Guys like Khedira, Pjanic and Matuidi took a lot of criticism, sometimes deserved, but they did have tactical knowledge and experience.

"The Alex Ferguson role doesn’t exist in Italy, however, Allegri has final say on all incoming and outgoing transfers. He said No, to Donnarumma and yes, to Kean. Previously managers were just told about the transfers but had no say."
@_Morik92_ @AllJuveCast

So, Donnarumma bit is true and not some conjecture? First time I read that I thought no way it can be true, too dumb, but keep seeing this, including from decent sources.

This is 10x more wtf frustrating than yesterday's result.

So we can blame Tek's fault on Allegri too ? Cause it will not happen if he say yes to Donnaruma :lol3:

We were/are not in a position to make Donnarumma our highest paid player. Fixing midfield was/is way more important task for us, despite Polak being so shit over the past year.

Allegri does not have the say in what is needed, he only says yes or no to what he is offered. :lol2:

I don't see why Max so worried with getting more transfers? Other than CR7 he the same players that a completely inexperienced Pirlo got 4th place in league. And now Juve has a healthy #10 and promising Euro star Locatelli. Plus Kean will help. Not your fault but little money to spend since the disposal of trash was nonexistent.

Forget getting older, overpriced players and roll with what you got. You took the job knowing the situation and don't loss confidence in yourself or I might start losing confidence in you. Giving Fagoli a shot with Loca along side won't hurt this team anymore that what we have seen so far.
