What Allegri needs to do fairly quickly is work out a formation he wants to drill into this team and get it trained into them like they are dummies.

he deserves all the criticism in the world. It was agreed during the darkest parts of last season that not even max could stretch points out of this squad. It’s only going to be more difficult for him without CR7 as an automatic insurance policy. Bottom line is that he can’t afford to fvck around with illogical line ups.
