Why selling Dybala when you have Cuadrado and Mandzukic who are at the wrong side of their career?
When so many players underperform you don't change all players you change the coach. Barca with Raikard as a coach and Messi, Xavi, Iniesta and Ronaldinho.....as players finished third in the league and lost to United in CL. They didn't sell their players, instead they got rid of the current coach and brought Pep.
Pep with exact same team destroyed every team on its way and the rest is history.
Our team this season only played wirh 50% of it's potential. There are so much thing this team can do if coached correctly.

We can sell few players, those that arent satisfied or we can change a coach. The risk if we go with 1st option is that those players could become unhapppy again after a while under different coach, while they dont offer guarantees in terms of results. Id stick with a coach because at least we know he is delivering results consistently. We have never been a club who would cater to players demands. Id be disgusted if that day ever comes. We need players who would run an extra mile, who when called upon would give 110%, we need grit, character, determination. What we dont need are primadonas that will feel agrieved if they sat on a bench for a few games or God forbid coach takes them off when for the umpteenth time they have abysmal game.

Am I saying this? I was giving Ronaldinho as an example, but doesnt mean Dybala fits that category. Eventhough he doesnt strike me as silent hardworking player. I have a feeling he complains a lot, either to his teammates or coach and that can disrupt the atmosphere. Imo

When Dybala is subbed out, there is nothing proffessional about his behavior. This season he had close to 0 impact and despite dropping back to help with transition, he had plenty of opportunities to prove his worth. He isnt consistent during the game, hes in and out, let alone over the course of few games. He isnt indispensable player for us.
