Did the max fanboys here see how Ajax crumbled under the mighty force of Kane less spurs? Did you see how klopp bested Barca with no Salah? It's called coaching and it's called big balls, not defensive 433 with Ronaldo...Allegri still fingering himself to make sure he is awake and has possession of a player like Ronaldo. Conte with this squad would have left ajax pregnant. This team has no teeth, no grinta, no direction. Watch those two matches and learn Max.

Allegri would like a lot of reinforcements both in midfield & in defense, he also wants to resolve the issue related to Dybala. [Sky]

Massimilano Allegri would like to sign a new contract with Juventus until 2022 with a salary increase. [Sky]

Sky Sports journalist GB Olivero has revealed more about Juventus' managerial search: "I know that Juventus immediately contacted Pep Guardiola after losing out on Zidane to Madrid. The manager said yes to Juventus but would have preferred to move to Turin in 2020 because he has a contract in place with Man City and doesn't want to interrupt it sooner; that's why [Juventus] went on to Conte."

If correct, then it means Max has another offer and is trying to use it to negotiate.

Id never want Juventus to play the brand of football we saw last night. Neither team had control and it could have easily finished the other way around. Juventus is about grit, tactics and control of the games, either through possession or space on the pitch. Running up and down, like headless chickens, doesnt require much wit or skill.

Yeah, of course, in Serie A where even Arsenal would steamroll most teams. But in CL? You need to take the initiative, you need to go forward, you have to RISK. We don't take risks in CL, we wait, we speculate, we're reactive, not proactive.

Too bad Juventus doesn't have any of that lately.

Maybe the way you described yesterdays match is what modern football has become?:boh:

People cant accept this on here that football has changed and moved on while we are still stuck in this same mindset. Attacking fullbacks is one most important part of football in the modern game something that max will not ever do unless were 3-0 down. This is why he will pick crap like MDS over cancelo, sandro over spinna or like playing a striker like mario who hasnt scored in 5 months because he will make tackles at the back instead of what he actually does going forward.

haha max asking for Admin powers at the club

look, if max wants to ask for players fine, let him...but it should be a Board vote so if he requests players like Bonaventura then he will lose to popular vote.

You can control games even when you don't have the ball. We've done that really well in the past and need to get back to doing it if we want to have higher chances of winning the CL. The amount of risk one should take also varies according to the current scoreline. For example Tottenham obviously took bigger risks once they were 3-0 down. Same can be said about Liverpool in the first leg. They both were very close to going out and not getting in to the final.

If our aim is to continuously do well in the CL and even win it in the next couple of seasons I'm not sure leaving it to chance is the best solution. We want to reduce the amount of chance as much as we can by controlling the game. Whether that is by defending well or by keeping the ball is irrelevant.
