Those are all big ifs! The reality is they bought into a mentality instilled in them and they weren't giving up. We on the other hand have players that no matter what are individualistic and play for themselves.
Allegri isn't leaving as we have no one better out there. Foreign means nothing we need players that play with one mind and fit our system. If we want to play a 433 we need to have the players for that , not left over 352 players forced to play against their strengths. We all speak about our great midfield under conte but seem to discount they were also great because they were in a 352 playing off each other's strengths and covering eAch others weaknesses

Actually, Allegri should resign, unless he's willing to eat some humble pie and recognize his flaws/failings. Moreover, if we train so hard, why the fuck do we always look tired, exhausted and clueless against European opposition? The number of injuries we suffer is also ridiculous. Every single fucking season! Beating up on Serie A minnows and cannon fodder is like stealing lunch from that fat helpless kid in 5th grade. However, when we get to the European ties, at least over the last couple of seasons, we have looked like that bullied 5th grader, not the big bad kid who intimidates and scares.

I don't see that happening and I think it's two fold. One we have no other option which is better and two allegri knows he can't really go anywhere without winning a CL for his pedigree
Injuries have been a weird thing with Allegri and his staff no matter where he goes. Something there needs to change. Especially that we tend to buy injury prone players

I am not disputing that I'm actually agreeing if you read my posts without bias. I said to bianconero 81 that just buying WC players doesn't solve or equal champions league win. We need to use our system to grow great players like Marchisio, Kean etc and Building around that

I think some of you seem to forget this teams policy of giving the manager very little control over transfer policy, signing players based on value for money then chucking a hobble of randos at the coach to figure it out. Forget finding someone better than maxx, how many top coaches at all would agree to that? Even conte noped off because of it.

Maybe instead of blowing our load on joao felix cause il nuovo messi we should allow the coach to sign players specific to how he wants to play so we dont end up with such a silly unbalanced midfield and dybala marking CMs

Yeah that wont work. As Ive sad Juve dont have time to develope youth players. We need proven players and success to stay above others. Hence I understand Allegri not gambling on youth. How many WC players have we produced over the last 20 years?

Agreed. So maybe we invest in that a little more. This current approach comes to an end and leave the team and league in shambles. It happened last time when the big book of the 80s early 90s ended and serie A went to shit because there was no homegrown quality

No thats not reason. Juventus have always spent on good players from abroad or foreigners but we also poached most of great Italians back in the days. Unfortunately over the last decade there is shortage of talent on peninsula. Talented players would find their way here, but there is no point in stockpiling on mediocrity because they are Italians. We have the right balance, Italian up and coming players like Bernadeschi get their chance while we dont hesitate to buy top players from abroad. The only thing is over the last few years we didnt adress our priorities imo. Juve will never became a team that rellies on youth because success is pretty much out of the window or there would be decades between some meaningful trophy, which would hurt us in every possible way. Its just delusional to think any top team fighting every year for silverware would focus on developing youth.

Signing a proven coach doesn't always guarantee immediate results. Look at Ancelotti with Napoli or Mourinho with Man Utd.

You have the world's greatest goalscoring machine with a mentality of a champion in your team. We just need a guy who can install an attacking philosophy, not a coach who faps on Bonucci's long passes or using strikers to mark opposition's playmakers.
