I'll be very disappointed in Max if we are still fielding the same old lineup against Barcelona.

Costa and Bernardeschi are a must in that game.
You talking about away to Barca? If anything thats the game in which we will need the workrate of Mandzukic and Cuadrado the most. Games like this are why its good we kept Cuadrado.

Did Allegri choose Roma stars?

There are reports Juventus Coach Max Allegri urged Roma to buy Radja Nainggolan, Kevin Strootman and Medhi Benatia when he was close to them.

Allegri has never denied he was on the verge of accepting the bench at the Stadio Olimpico before the club opted for Rudi Garcia in 2013.

It seems his negotiations with the Giallorossi were taken to heart even if he didn’t eventually take the job.

“When Allegri was in the Roma orbit, he urged them to buy Benatia, Nainggolan and Strootman,” Rai Sport commentator Francesco Repice told TMW Radio.

“It’s no coincidence that one of them now plays for Juventus and the other two have been strong transfer targets in recent years.”

Allegri had been linked with Premier League jobs a few months ago, but extended his contract to June 2020.

“Whatever happens, this will be his final season with the Bianconeri,” insisted Repice.

“He has done really well, perhaps just missed the Champions League icing on the cake, but you can’t say he got much wrong, even in dealing with the locker room.

“When it comes to replacing him, the club is carefully evaluating Simone Inzaghi.”

The current Lazio Coach beat Juve 3-2 in the Italian Super Cup last month.

This could be complete false but it's interesting we were linked with Nainggolan and Strootman

Simone has done a fantastic job will Lazio past year, and there isnt much coaches to consider for us around in Italy. Sarri is best choice, but doubt that will ever happen.
