Pirlo, Morata, Dybala, Lichtsteiner, at some extent Vidal now Bonucci.

Ibra openly disrespected him, Milan senators didn't respect him.
Ibra is a polarising character
Licht and Dybala got over it, it happens.
Vidal was a drunken fuck
Morata was a recompra and adores juve
The same Pirlo that played under Allegri at juve in 2015?

Because he's an easier-going personality than Conte you mean? That's the thing with nicer guys, people think they can push back a little harder, then they find they can't because there are rules in place. Then they sulk. Then they get over it, because they are supposed to be adults.

Little spats happen all the time at clubs, as does players being grumpy about not playing. Players get over it. I prefer the inclusive environment Allegri has created.

I just remembered , when Real Madrid kicked Morinho out, for the sake of other senior players and how disturbing was the looker room in his days ....

Am very sad for selling bon bon but Allegri is more important and he can manage his loss , i trust him soooo much and of course he is better than rigid Conte, which you will see how he will lose this year as all his tactics revealed now...

Allegri made the CL final twice in 3 years with completely different players and completely different formations. I don't know what Bonucci could be crying about. I guess it was more fun for him to play under Conte where he got the ball all match and got to watch the CLs from his home?

I don't know what kind of selection problems he could have otherwise. Maybe he wanted Cuadrado to play more? Otherwise we had basically no bench options last year. The best XI were on the field.

Yep. Some people don't give Allegri enough credit for it. Sure, he got a well tuned machine from Conte but then it was completely dismantled by his second year here, and yet he made it work with a completely new formation that wasn't even one he was ever familiar with.

My personal feeling is that he missed Conte's figure as a leader.

I think the same. Or at least he missed an even bigger ego to scream at him and keep him in check.

Allegri will probably never get as much slack as Conte does from players because Conte instills fear and respect. He won it all as a player and as a personality he is abrasive and passionate, you shout at him when you come off and you know it's bad news. It's the bench or the exit door. Whether it's easy to live with that pressure and toeing of the line season after season is debatable, but it seems that on occasion things have slipped the other way with Allegri. We brought in technical players with more creative freedom and personality, and I think one or two at times mistook this atmosphere for an easier ride off the field as well. One thing that's clear by now with Allegri is that he doesn't suffer fools and when he's angry he gets very mad. If players don't fear the person then they should the role, because he's above individual players while he's still getting results.

Was there any information about that brawl against Palermo? What was the reason?

Its interesting how it all comes down to comparing Conte and Allegri styles again. How many managers in the world are like Conte who instills fear and respect? I think players should also be profesionals. Are Real Madrid players afraid of Zidane and that makes them win CLs? There are tons of examples of both sides. There are players who were afraid of Capello, and sometimes it can also work against you. I know this is not good example but i remember when he was England coach, some players were actually afraid of him and took distance.

Bonucci is a 30 year old profesional. He shouldnt start a lament in the dressing room. We dont know all details, but smth for sure happened cause why would the club get rid of him so fast and instant.

Alex Ferguson, as I keep saying, got rid of the players he felt disrupted the dressing room too; Keane, Beckham, Stam, Vanistle Roy, Yorke etc., yet his players still feared him.

Yet he made some good money in selling them off. Especially Stam and Nistelrooy who were suffering from injuries.

Technically it was their transfer guru director of football who made those deals. Otherwise we start to blame Allegri for not making some good money with the sells of Vidal/BonBon and such.

Exactly, they do it for the money. You on the other hand do it for a few likes and retweets.
