Allegri mediocre tactician? Allegri tactically is ahead of many top coaches in today's football.

Conte, Mourinho for instance are excellent motivators but tactically not better than Allegri and that's probably the minus in his book, but Lippi had the same character + personality and was one of the best.

You can't name 5 better coaches tactically than Allegri in the last 3 years.
