Speculation, which started three weeks ago that Wenger is dogmeat at Arsenal, has intensified following the 2-1 humbling by Mazzari's Watford a few days ago.

Here in London it is now appearing as a topic on London radio sports bulletins that have included Max as one of the preferred replacements.

A defeat against Chelsea this weekend will add further pressure on the beleaguered Frenchman.

@DAiDEViL EuroMax to conquer England and Europe with Arsenal! :scared::lol:

I think he goes. 3 seasons seem like the fixed period for a manager at Juve.

The last manager who stayed more than 3 seasons with Juve was Marcello Lippi in his first tenure (1994-1999).

It's going to be very hard to replace him. I cannot think of one available and worthy Italian.

Allegri in conference stampa

The reports of Allegri going to Arsenal next season continue to circulate in England.

“I have an excellent rapport with the club, I have a year and a half on my contract and the priority is to end the season well

There was nothing to suggest about Conte leaving when he eventually left either.
Thats not really true. Conte had been bitching and whinning for over a year when he left. He almost left at the end of the season in a very public way.

However often when there is smoke there is fire. I think the desicion to part ways are already taken. Not sure he would go to Arsenal, but it sounds like a possibility.

Nope. Conte has been a known complainer even before that season. His last season wasn't any different with us.

He signed a contract extension before he left ffs. And once he did decide to leave, it came as a shock to us.

If Arsenal do decide to part ways with Wenger, I see Allegri taking the job tbh.

Ending the season not so well wouldn't put his job into contention really. He's done enough to see out his contract, unless he has informed the club that he wants to leave end of season so they can plan ahead. Sarri and Sousa seem like the only candidates in Italy.

Did he sign a contract extension? As I remember it he almost left in May. Agnelli convinced him to stay for another year, which was also when his current contract ran to. It was a chock when he changed his mind 2 day into the new season, but not really that he wasnt going to stay here long term.
You are right about the complaining. He was constantly talking about the bad state of Italian football and his admiration for the PL.

Bla bla bla. Are you so thick that you think I'm talking about money? Fuck back to Red kuffar.
Conte took over a 9th place team. Why it would be suicide for him to take over a top 4 club ?
Just imagine Allegri has more control at the club and has a significant say in transfers and is given a big budget.

Here at Juve, :beppe: is the boss. This is why we'll go after someone like Sousa than anyone high profile if Allegri leaves.

I think he did sign a contract extension and I remember everyone rejoicing at it. We also adjusted his wage to €5M a year.

@dolph , actually I think you're right. He signed an extension in 2012. But either ways we dint see that resignation coming imo.
