I also have a feeling this is his last year.

There's been a $#@!load of criticism this year, it takes a toll. The team hasn't really gelled, and I remember him expressly saying in the summer that he was waiting for 1 or 2 new midfielders - and none arrived. That was after Pjanic if I'm not mistaken.

There's been a clear mistake by Marotta with the roster construction, which is the main cause of struggles.

Allegri had his share of responsibility, but he's been bashed left and right. Also because of the muscular injury epidemy that carries on this season, while Allegri keeps trying to underrate - only to protect his own.

Unless there is a change in direction and the team highly succeeds in Europe - atm it doesn't look like that - I think Allegri is indeed gone by the end of the season.
Very logic and sensible post.

I fully agree.

In the end the responsability falls on both sides. Obvs Beppe for not giving allegri a better midfield, staing with the likes of hernanes and asamoah...but also allegri for playing like shid in most of the season.

Even the physios of the team or allegri himself should be blamed because of injuries which have fuked up hardcore. And this is not a coincidence because the same coach and the same training team had the same issues at milan. Under Conte, or injury record was almost flawless.

Allegri 'wants Arsenal dynasty’
By Football Italia staff

Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri reportedly wants to build a 10-year dynasty at Arsenal if he is chosen to succeed the long-serving Arsene Wenger.

According to The Sun, Allegri “believes he does not get the credit he deserves” in Italy and “has a strained relationship with the Italian Press”, while the Coach’s rapports with Gianluigi Buffon and Paulo Dybala are “tetchy”.

The above factors combined, the newspaper explains, will see him leave Juve in the summer and pursue the reins at Arsenal, where Wenger “is expected to call time on his 20-year spell” at the helm this summer.

Indeed, the former Milan and Cagliari trainer is said to be on a five-man shortlist alongside RB Leipzig’s Ralph Hasenhuttl, Bournemouth’s Eddie Howe, Arsenal legend Dennis Bergkamp and Atletico Madrid’s Diego Simeone.

The Sun cites Allegri’s “impressive record of working on a budget and still obtaining staggering success in one of Europe’s top Leagues” as reasons for his employment at the Emirates Stadium, plus the opportunity to manage Alexis Sanchez – Juve’s “No 1 target in the summer”. :D

Furthemore, the 49-year-old “would love to pit himself against” his Juve predecessor Antonio Conte, now at Chelsea and given the former Italy CT is said to have laid the foundations for Allegri’s two Scudetti and Coppe Italia.

Tbh after Allegri yelled at marotta it pretty much sums up how clueless our management can be at times. Is it any coincidence that Conte and now Allegri are frustrated with the management for not meeting their requirements? The way I see it it is almost hopeless to think we can ever really be consistant CL contenders to match up with the likes of real Madrid and barca.

Regardless of this seasons outcome I can see Allegri walking. It's a shame we are looking at provincial coaches to carry this project on but that's what's you get when you have management who keep selling off their assets each summer

Actually it makes a lot of sense. I see a lot of parallels between the relations between Conte and the management and now Allegri

Well, to be fair with the board...under conte they had an excuse in not having the funds to buy what he demanded.

But now im pretty sure we can do better than asamoah and hernanes. Thats all on Marotta and Paratici.
