IMO the problem is that Allegri/management aren't willing to adapt - I mean we play Sturaro in Pogba role and then we wonder why we lose to Milan
We're no longer built to play 352/4312 - both formations rely on superiority of midfield which is not the case for us anymore. If your midfield gets dominated by Kucka - Locatelli - Bertolacci then that says it all. From our WC MVPP the only one left is Marchisio who isn't himself since the injury.
We have new players, who are top class but they struggle to adapt to our way of playing. I mean Higuain and Pjanic aren't used to our style nor formations and the struggle big time. I think it would be wiser to move towards what they're used to if we want to build our team on them. Let's stop giving players responsibilities they're not capable of handling. 4312 relies on fullbacks to provide something offensively - at least some decent crossing but Evra and Licht aren't capable of that. They don't have the engine for constant running anymore. It makes the formation so narrow that your team has to attack through the middle so you're too predictable to pull something off. 352 isn't any different with those two.
It's true that injuries to Dybala and Pjaca fucked us big time, that's why I hope we land some more players with their characteristics, like Berardi etc. I think we're approaching the time for a switch to some 442/4231/433 formation which would unload our midfield from some responsibilities because this formation isn't capable of providing the goods it used to.
It has to be said it's great we still manage to win in CL and the league with so dysfunctional team but it cannot continue like this. We need major improvements to our game but also to the squad (but no revolution!).
Excellent post

- Sturaro was perfectly playing the
vidal role ("pogba role", fucking peasant shitfart

), but at lcm instead of rcm, and we were easily domminating Milan, untill Sandro went off.
- Evra replaced him and played worse then De Ceglie, Grosso or Molinaro ever did. Milan
against the play, scored an exceptionally lucky goal not much later.
- Milan kept abusing that left flank as a proper farewell to berlusconi, king of abuse. but we kept the balance.
-Second half milan started at 300mph. We however balanced it out again. Then, Sturaro went off injured and we were royally fucked.
-We were forced to replace pjanic instead of mandzukic for Dybala to avoid completely getting run over, cause we were like paper.
I'd have started dybala instead of Pjanic, cause he wouldnt be able to last all game. However pjanic assisted the corner, so Allegri was right to do so.
"Allegri/management aren't willing to adapt"

roflmao peasant shit.
- Allegri adapts nearly every game cause we are ever injured
- Management had to replace Pogba, they got Higuain and Pjanic, but failed to secure the pysical CM in Matuidi. Because they failed to do so, we are now gonna shoot 30mil on some 28y/o physical cm from Sevilla.
This means the management knows perfectly well that we miss that physical cm
- Sturaro in pogba's role. Has been an excellent choise by Mr. Allegri in his quest to balance that midfield and it was working very well. it shows again that Max knows how to improve his team and solve problems.
We have a coach thats shifting between 3-5-2, 4-3-3 and 4-3-1-2. But shitty the peasant fuck here claims he's not willing to adapt.
The only mistake, is the managements absolute failure to get a physical starting quality cm after Pogba left. And they are very aware and will solve this with N'Zonzi.
