 actually totally forgot about him being suspended, a smart move from Allegri, but there goes my wishful thinking.

I agree that Braza his better in that aspect (duel part)but he will start loosing speed and reaction time very soon imo and playing further back will give him that extra time to react and will be less taxing on his fitness. Bonucci long balls can even be more effective when played from a diagonal angle and further up, not to mention Braza being there to cover the typical ,once a game, Bonucci blunder (who I rate regardless, just for the record)

Just a thought, It's a minor tweak that I suspect can work and even improve us marginally offensive wise even if it might come on expanse of defensive coverage.
FYI, update Tomice, the experiment of barzagli as regista CB failed horribly in the final :) Your assessment hinged on Bonucci being on the pitch on the right side for added offensive passing, but just the idea of Barzagli being able to handle Bonucci's task was defenitely not suitable solution in this game.

"Soon I'll bring you to Turin", allegedly. He definitely says the first part but I've no idea once that player walks in front / his head turns.
YAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Mattia and SES did well under Max @ Milan

If Mattia could get more stability from a HC who knows what he's doing then he will blossom into quite the player

Yeah it did

Everyone on the team had a horrible game as opposed to the Sampdoria one if I would be trying (Hard) to find any mitigating circumstances. Just to be clear though, I didn't mean that Brazagli should or could play the role exactly as Bonucci plays it, more like a traditional sweeper as opposed to a withdrawn libro type. Also the absence of bonucci's passing from the back was much more evident without Marchisio or a proper regista playing, Brazagli just dosent have the range Bonucci does (no defender today has imo).

It could still work with some tweaking IMO, I would try anything that might extend Brazagli longevity as a starter as long as it won't damage our game. But then again if it ain't broke..

Can someone confirm that Allegri has won more trophies now as coach of Juventus than Conte? If I'm not mistaken Conte in 3 seasons brought in 5 trophies and Allegri in 2 has brought in 6? Legend.

I've always thought Mattia De Sciglio has the potential to be a very good full back capable of playing on both sides. It's unfortunate that he hasn't had the consistent coaching over past several years at Milan which has definitely stunted his progression. If Beppe brings him in for Max then it's going to be a win-win-win for Max, Mattia and the club
