On a re evaluation of that idea, no we cannot do that, it cannot work, there is no such thing as becoming the bayern of italy because the history is against that
Bayern simply never had any equal in Germany with their acomplishments and prestige; we are simply not like that, as painful as it be we are behind milan in international success or even merda, plus the fact that there are teams like napoli fio roma which would never bow down to us and perhaps would prefer to sell their players cheaper to foreign clubs than us; heck even the likes of torino, sampdoria and palermo would not easily let their rising stars to go to us... The tribalism mentality is too strong in italy, which was one of the reasons why calciopoli allowed to happen.
That and the fact that todays generation are much into globalism than any from previous ones, so we can't really play the "italians are reluctant to go abroad" card.

Milan, who won more in the past and the CL the year after, havent been relevant in the serie a for years now. And it will remain like that for the foreseeable future. Juventus, Roma, Napoli are all superior teams. Good luck getting past those for the CL spots. Inter and fiorentina behind that.

You misread what I said, I said bayern never had equal in germany thus they have far easier chances to steal players from local leagues, we have much more competition and the anti juve mentality amongst many italian midtable teams and upward so we have a borderline impossible chance to steal their best players.
Italian tribalism and anti juve mentality is what prevent us from growing faster as a club, that thing caused calciopoli that hurt us too much because there will always those who scream cheaters to us and worse, because sadly they have historical proof to back it up no matter how skewed that history is, I mean you can shout united barca bayern cheats yes but none of them had calciopoli on their record, us is unfortunatelly different.
That and our constant failure on CL finals also somewhat hampering our prestige.

Bayern managed to market themselves, win a CL, build the star team, started to domminate the league like they hadent done in 2 decades. Got significantly better turnovers then opponents, got MUCH more appeal.
One key aspect was that while bayern was consistant, its rivals were underperforming for some time. Leaving only players who've grown up in the city under the influence, but not others who were imported.
Same is happening in italy. Where is the competition ? Inter who didnt had competition outside the penisula has been in the reworks for some time now. They started well, but they wont finish above napoli and juve, and i'm certain roma will catch up with them. IF they finish third, they wont crack a dent in the CL. Milan, the biggest international team, has been shit for years and is in danger of liverpoolisation. They are so far behind and their appeal is disappearing.

But we allready are in the position where we have dibs on the finest italian talent. We allready are in the position where we go like "allrigth 40mil dybala". Nobody else could do this.
Give a decade of this. Consistent good CL runs for juve and the majority of the scudetti. Much higher turnover then anyone else and massive appeal. We'll be signing the dybala's, and we'll win competition for the young lads aswel.
Most exciting u21 talents ? Rugani and Berardi.

Thre will be no monopoly a la bayern because we simply cant outbid foreign investment.
The only way to steal top talent from our local rivals is to simply pay what they ask. Since we are juventus, they will not bend over to marotta..and will ask from premium dollars which we are not going to pay.... but bayern can.
Bayern can do this monopoly because they are simply too strong globally. They have the money to invest and the prestige (current prestige). We lack both.
And its a win win situation for the serie A minnows
1-They do not turn Juventus into an even bigger threat
2-They earn way more money selling abroad than to Juve.
When a player is flirted by Juventus, he thinks about his options. When a player is flirted by Bayern, he doesnt think twice. And even if the is not so convinced to go to bayern....his current team will give him to bayern on a plate because of the massive transfer fee.

Imho we won't be in position to poach players from the likes of Milan, Inter, Roma or Napoli, even Fiorentina is a stretch and their top players if decide to leave will go abroad. But we can snatch every young talent in the league from the rest and we are in position to comfortably outbid these 5 clubs for their signature.

I disagree there. Top young talent is definitely going to stay in the league in foreseeable future, if we are interested in the first place. The only example I can think of in recent years was Veratti.

We can't take the best players off Napoli, Inter, Milan and Roma, it's a struggle even with Fiorentina and Lazio. Can you imagine us going to Napoli this summer and taking Higuain and Insigne, or Donnarumma from Milan? 
Serie A will never operate as Bayernliga, the politics and hatred runs too deeply, some players will simply not be seen dead in Juve colours, and presidents know they might as well be if they sell them.
