Come on guys he's hardly going to throw the team under the bus. He's not stupid and he knows how the team played. I just fucking hope he can turn it around and get us back to winning.

I disagree. He switched play with long passes a handful of times. But even if he only did make short passes, many of them were intelligent, not highly risky and in one way or another, to advantage of the recipients. He did what holding mids should do and work his markers out of position with one-twos and off the ball movement. Subtleties, not easily noticed but that's what patient build up play is all about and I just didn't see any of that intelligence in anything Hernanes did or tried to do. Lemina is definitely not afraid to lose the ball, he looks like he has confidence in his physicality and doesn't shy away from riding challenges.

Anyway I forgot what we were arguing about. Hernanes is a joke of a regista and Lemina is a lord.

I sympathise with him, he never expected to join the 3x champs and take us to the brink of a treble only to have our pathetic upper management settle for mediocrity and fuck his squad in the ass. However whilst he was doing great with a great squad he's failing to get anywhere near the best out of the average one we currently have.
That's also because he teaches fluid football in his coachi sessions. He doesn't have the skill set to give Any Given Sunday team talks every Sunday to make the players spit blood on the pitch and gel with one another. He's a coach you get when you have a solid core in place, and they'll play some great football. He's not the coach you get to play football and team spirit games side by side. That apart, I also think he's a coach who had clear ideas of what he wanted and the management unfortunately didn't know their ass from their elbow this mercato. Even fucking Napoli and Sarri look like a team and club working in unison, as do Inter and Mancini. It just hasn't felt that way this season with how the mercato proceeded. Too bad that if Allegri goes looking to feel vindicated he's pretty much going to be losing his job. It's an utter shame what this football club has done to itself over the summer.

Some members who are utmost quiet now and were very loud in defending Allegri, even making the signature of what I quote about him when he joins us are now hidden in mice's hole.
That doesn't mean that I am happy with this situation.I am utmost pissed of.But what I quote about him shows now to be a clear truth.

Even thou Allegri has his faults its crazy how unlucky we are. Generation change started early because Tevez and Vidal wanted to leave then we have this hard start of the season and we have young players who haven't gelled yet and our main players got injured after the coppa and before the start of the season.

Maybe because we don't have a proper preseason .It's just not acceptable to have 6 players with the same injury- muscular issue.Sucks all management.Allegri and his staff mainly.

Allegri:

“I can picture a Juve that will go back to fighting for the top of the table. I don’t know if we can win the Scudetto, but we must certainly try.

“We have the Champions League and the Coppa Italia too. We have to acknowledge there can only be one winner and there are years when things don’t go your way. A corner can change a campaign, it doesn’t wipe out the previous performance.”

Del Neri: It's not like Juve wins the Coppa every year

Similar talk and i am expecting similar seasons, we would be luck to make the EL this year.

He only won because it was Contes team. All of those complaining about our players. We're loosing to teams with worse rosters. The team isn't the issue

You can have a worst roster but a better system if the better roster lacks a player that can distribute. Insert Pirlo, Modric, Alonso, Marchisio, Rakitic, Schweinsteiger or really any proper regista/distributor in this squad and you'll see how the team clicks.

I think that's a bit simplistic. He has the team in disarray. They play defeated, out of sorts and uninspired. I'm not even talking about position, tactics etc

The team is in disarray because there is no cog that connects it. No go to player in midfield that you can always find and will always find you. No architect in midfield means your game plan depends on long balls from the back and hopes of individual moves like sudden bursts from pereyra or a moment of magic from Pogba for example. The hub of the team and his replacement are gone (MLS and injury) with no back up bought that can play that role.

All the "gelling" we are undergoing is a waste of time. You can't have a game plan without a midfield maestro. Unless you consider long ball counter attack football to be a game plane. Any team with a half decent midfield can disconnect our defense from our attack.

There is also the lack of creativity upfront when you expect a 20 year old to do what a world class player at the best form of his career used to do.

I'm not disagreeing with this, but there is deeper issues here. Even if we kept Pirlo the issues would still be here
