Allegri isn't that great of a coach, but it's true the main problem is Marotta. He needs to go. Even if we sack Allegri we'll get stuck with another dumbfuck Italian coach not worth the time. Marotta can only deliver personnel nobody else wants, so you can guarantee we'll get stuck with some clown like Mazzarri.
If we get rid off Marotta, who can we get to replace him though?

Personally think he's made mistakes during the summer, but I can't think of anyone on the market who will do a better job.

Yes we overrate our squad yet you bring up inter and romas. Against europes best yes but cmon man if this team was functioning properly with clear ideas I doubt maximum one or two players from those side would break into ours.

There are a ton of people who can do what Marotta does. What has been so amazing? He buys players nobody else wants or Italian players that of course would love to play for Juve. It's really nothing special. Let's get a German director, at least they wouldn't be obsessed with the Zaza's and Pepe's of the world.

Problem is that he is a board member and it'll be difficult to oust him.

Does people still blame Conte for leaving? He knew.
Conte knew what? That his team could be taken to the CL final by someone else because he couldn't do it?

Injuries is a big problem, but we still replaced the best b2b mid from 2011-2014 with A) Fucking Hermaphrodite or B) That German bloke who I still haven't seen

And our goal scoring machine in World Class form with a kid who should've been learning from him, not replacing him.

This is true but it's a snowball that begun when our team was dismantled by your lover.
Fact is, whether or not you care to acknowledge the team we have is much more capable of being higher up the table. Regardless who we sold.

Allegri is to blame partially for his crazy tactical changes every single game injuries is a big part and of course that mega superstar Draxler that slipped through our fingers..

Of course what we have should be way higher up the table, that's obvious. We have talent in many players. But some work better for one formation, while others for another. You call this a plan?

Where's Allegri's Trequartista? After spending over 100M Hernanes is the best we can come up with?

He is to blame partially for experimenting too much and not fielding the best players available, I'll give you that.

It is hilarious that our left flank is just awful yet our most impressive attacker Cuadrado and our supposed star signing Dybala both occupy the same side of the pitch and can't both play in a back 4 system or so we're led to believe.

Pereyra is still doing fine in the role and we have Hernanes for that too which has no business being the regista. So, ironically he plays one player out of position in the TQ role and his actually TQ he plays out of position elsewhere

He has the players to fit 2-3 formations but whatever formation he decides from day to day he changes the lineup instead of playing the the players MOST useful to that lineup.

I've already set blame on Marotta, I've given due diligence to the injury situation shaking our lineup every week and now I'm giving Allegri his share of the blame for his mistakes.

BUT you will still find dolts here blaming one single person because its simply easier for them.

What is even more hilarious is that we gave Allegri one of the top LB's in Europe but won't play him to utilize his attacking skills.

But that's probably marotta's fault too. Probably his fault Padoin played RB today as well.
