No matter Ocelot, no point discussing that anymore, most here are intoxicated on the Allegri kool-aid to have serious discussion, nothing in Milan was his fault and everything will be rosy for us, nothing can possibly go wrong.
Things can go very, very wrong. :D

I'm, probably like the others, just trying to be optimistic and think of the positives because he's here now and there's nothing we could do about it.

He is here now and there is nothing we can do about it, and hope the best for him, but it does not mean we should delude ourselves and be blind to what we saw from him before just because he is ours now. Think we might win the league, but it does not mean I'm not afraid of what can go wrong, I went from being utterly bored our team matches being to predictably dominant, to now genuinly nervous of how bad we can become.

Not a single one of you would been positive about him becoming our coach 3 days ago, circumstances change and we can only accept it, but does not mean we should automatically think the absolute reverse just because what's done is done and he is one of us now.

I think you'll see the likes of buffon, pirlo and chiellini etc really step up and help motivate the team. It's hard for players to all of a sudden listen and put their confidence in a new random manager like allegri, and rightly so. Allegri will announce the line-ups, run the training sessions, and deal with the substitutions, everything a normal coach does. But during a game, when it's 1-1 with 5 minutes to go, it will be the older generation of players that we have, that will motivate the rest of the squad to get the win. I don't think they will be looking at allegri on the sideline for guidance

Maybe better than the second and third year . From what i have seen from milan under allegri he never showed a better football than conte's first year .
Not even himself could top that. It was magical season, like no other. Yeh we had better numbers after that...., but you know..

No matter Ocelot, no point discussing that anymore at this point. At this point most here are intoxicated on the Allegri kool-aid to have discussion about it, nothing in Milan was his fault, it was all their management and players alone (funny that not a SINGLE one of you were saying even 1% of now defence of his merit as coach while he was actually in Milan) , everything will be rosy for us, nothing can possibly go wrong.
Lol, he was as guilty as everyone else for that disgrace of a team. I think no one is deluded enought to think he wasnt a big part of it.

Nah, i think we all need to be very worried until he starts showing signs of being good for us. He is Allegri FFs.

That message from him ending with his "Fino alla fine" almost made me puke.

Yes, this is why i said that the older ones like Buffon, need to try to keep the team together and respect the coach. Its the only way Allegri will be able to do soemthing. If he starts losing the players right away, we are done.

This might sound odd, but I think that the players might be somewhat intrigued by the challenge that is before them. For the last three season, media pundits and fans alike (and even some players) have stated that Conte was the reason for all of their successes.

They just might look at this as a chance to prove that they had more than a helping hand in the last three seasons.

Just a thought. If it were me, and If I were a player on this club, and heard all of the doom and gloom and bore witness to the protests, I would raise both of my big middle fingers in the air and say "Fuck this. I'm not doing this for the new coach, the fans, the stripes, I'm doing this for me"

Agreed. Also these players know more than we think, and they also know in our beloved sport this is a normal occurrence. They need to rise above and I'm sure our champions will. Besides do you think they will have no more contact with Conte

Guys hold your pants with the scudetto talk. IMO Conte is a much better manager than Allegri and so is Garcia. Tbh I've got a bad feeling about all this.
Just because Conte is better, doesnt mean Allegri will not do well

he'll get alot less then 102 points in the league, but he should pass groupstage. According to many thats better then last year.

So despite beeing inferior to conte, Allegri can and should do better, following above definition
