I don't think that first sentence has anything to do with football...

What Conte did takes much more balls than shutting your mouth and just getting what you are given.

No, thats what pussies do, they quit. His job is to work with the players he has at his disposal. Natrually there is some sort of communication about who to buy and so on, but its not very smart to demand more money or signings the club cant afford. There are other clubs with unlimited funds that will suit conte better. Conte wanted instant success instead of a sustainable buisness.

its not about facing difficult transitions imo it's about goinng against your principles in doing something you are not convinced of, i know i had a similar situation where i was working with somebody whose line of illogical thinking would drive me up the wall, i too chose to walk away from it.

i actually respect him more for that, because i know this is not the first time hes been frustrated with mgmt, but i feel this si the first time, his motivation tank was on e, and i d rather he leaves and take the brunt of letting us go now than midseason when little can be done as far as damage control is concerned.
Ok, but why now? He knew the situation, or he thought the management will find some sort of magic goose who lays golden eggs in few months? Why not end it at the end of the season why try to force youself and quit at the first day of the training camp. That what gets me, the timing. And if he accepted to go for one more season, he should have stuck by it or at least give some notice and time to prepare for his leaving, after all he is all Juve right?

I bet you know I'm not trolling and asking honestly but so that others would not thinkg I'm attacking Conte and falling in love with management will just mention - questions are honest :)

I have no issue with him walking away from management if they truely did not agree with the next step. However he should have left much sooner than he did, instead of coming out and saying he'll see his contract out only to walk away at the last second

It's not Conte leaving I have any hard feelings about whatsoever, it's the fact he was close to leaving only to change his mind for a month or so and then do a complete U-turn.

Exactly. His timing has been unproffesional. He should have resigned at the end of teh season and go out like a hero. But now...even when he could have been all the mad he wanted with the board, thats not an excuse to fuk everyone inbetween.

You should keep in mind that Allegri has some achievements like Seria A trophy and victories against Arsenal and Barcelona. He is still young and blah-blah-blah... so, who knows? Let's keep the faith.

I still remember last summer when Milan had their first game against Hellas Verona. I watched the game with a friend of mine who is milanista and I told him that they should sack Allegri, because he obviously had lost the confidence of his players... Damn...

But still I am hoping for a big surprise. Maybe Conte will come back next year if Allegri fails. I don't know what to expect anymore. Feck it. :andy2:
