Well when it isn't you will recycle this comment over and over again until Juve finally gets beat and say I told you so.

Shitbucket?:D
well it isn't you to get so easily excited about something, jesus christ it is max allegri not michel rinus. God forbid Juve go out to monaco because I'm pretty sure opinions on allegri will change for the worse then

And will you change your tune if Allegri consistently gets us to QFs or SFs in Champion's League each year?
yes just like I congratulated his work masterminding the elimination of Dortmund. But right now I'm not going to start joining the "Allegri is the best manager in the world" bandwagon especially as he has barely been here for a season which at times has brought me to question his abilities and decision making

it's not how you start, it's how you finish I wonder if you will still be singing the same tunes say in 2 or 3 years time when Juve's cycle of dominance may be over.
Yeah, I'd rather he finishes like Conte by leaving right before the season starts because he saw a better opportunity in coaching Italy.

What a little bitch ass excuse that is.

Although in Conte's defense I don't think he saw a better opportunity in coaching Italy. His timing was off, but I don't think his intentions were linked to another club/Nt.

What do you have against Allegri?

- - - Updated - - -

Allegri has done better in Europe with weaker teams than Conte
He's got a more European mentality than Conte, for sure. He's also a more instinctive coach and you can see that in his reading of the game with his subs. That ability alone allows him to play more balanced football than Conte in Europe.

While we are all entitled to judge this the way we like, don't you think it would be fairer to Allegri to let him finish his tenure here before taking a call on his limitations or claiming Conte was/is better.

Honestly? nothing at all he has received praise and criticism from me however there are a certain number of cry babies who are still butt hurt by Conte's reign and continue to insist with this petty comparison with a manager who to this date has won nothing with this team to someone who took a team from the bottom and laid the foundations for the team as we know it today.

Allegri has done far better in Europe than Conte. Never been knocked out at group stage. Even with his lousy teams after the sales of Ibra and Silva. And managed to qualify for QFs 2 times now, beating Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund in Rof16 match-ups, much tougher opponents than Conte's once through to QFs by beating Celtic.

It's not even really close. Allegri has done far better in Europe with less.

And if Conte actually left in part due to our management not caving to his transfer demands, well, Allegri took those lousy transfers from this summer and turned them into starting XI calibre players, allowing him to change formation and succeed in both Europe and Serie A because of it.

Allegri > Conte in European football and it's not all that close.

Conte also seemed to think our transfer targets showed a lack of ambition this summer. While Allegri has managed to change formation with them, and improve the 3-5-2, by turning two of those mediocre transfers into starting XI calibre players.

Well, if Allegri wins the scudetto this year, he will have won it twice, with the two largest teams in Italy.

So, in reality, Allegri's achievements would be pretty damn close to Conte's.

this argument that allegri is better in the CL because he has faced harder sides is a load of rubbish, Allegri dropped points to olympiakos and atletico madrid. This season has been entirely revolved around the matches against Dortmund, let's say Juve are eliminated to monaco in the QF then what? is allegri still that much better?

ah yes, I remember when people called him out and insulted him by calling him "Deschumps" maybe some fans truly have a dislike for club legends when it comes to management
