What I said, Hust, was that I feel we didn't create "nearly enough". But fair point, we had some good chances. I still think we can do much better.

Overall I'm very satisfied with what Allegri has done and I support him wholeheartedly. Just worried about our form coming into the Dortmund game is all.

Agree about our form.

Today's game would have been much easier if we had a plan on set pieces (both sides of the pitch) and had we had better finishing today.

With the two goals today, had Pereyra scored, llorente got another from his two good chances and Pogba scored it would have been a 5-1 game.

If anything, Atalanta were lucky.

Plus you could tell Pogba was playing at like 50% today because he didn't want a yellow. Very cautious from him today.

He needs to sort some shit out, that's for sure. We were playing at home against Atalanta and didn't create nearly enough. Yes we won, but we won because of a world class strike from a world class player. Take that masterpiece away from the game, and it would've been another 2 points dropped. Perhaps even 3, when you consider the fact that Tevez was offside on the 1st goal and influenced the play.

That said, I have 100 % confidence in Allegri. All teams go through some bad games / bad form during the course of a season, but what I wanna see now is him being able to make the necessary adjustments in the coming days and steady the ship for Dortmund.

Our form is still worrying, and corners are still a problem.
There was an Atalanta player by the corner keeping him in. You can see him in the beginning here:

And it's still considered offside even if Sportiello touched it?

Our first goal wasn't offside :D Cigarini (who was out on the left near the corner flag) kept all of our players on my metres.

But yeah, our form isn't the best and we do need to lift and wake the fuck up against Dortmund. I'll also like to add, that since changing to 4-3-1-2 we lack way more susceptible to counters, and we don't create as much as before. Most of our goals/wins are through individual brilliance (cough Ned Zelic) rather than intricate team-work.

We run risks and suffer from counter attacks.

We don't run risks and suddenly Allegri is a pussy.

Fucking double standards from the lot here
Don't take too much stock into what morons like DUKAC say. I swear that guy is constantly on the rag, his annoying rants in every thread and his poorly formatted posts aren't worth much around these parts.

@Zacheryah I'm sorry but i'm going to have to disagree with your pre season statement that allegri will sort our defence out, we have looked progressively worse in recent weeks, when we're defending we look more like the ones that will concede the next goal as for our set piece defending it's just crap and inexcusable.

Its an inherent problem in his coaching. He had trouble defending set pieces with AC Milan as well.
