Oh, the perks of having a latin/romance language other than Italian as your own... Sometimes differences are minimal.

Guardiola è un rivoluzionario? No, lui crea superiorità numerica. E, con Messi e Iniesta in campo, è facile.

Guardiola é um revolucionário? Não, ele cria uma superioridade numérica. E, com Messi e Iniesta em campo, é fácil.

Is Guardiola a revolutionary? No, he creates numerical advantages. And with Messi & Iniesta on the field, it's easy.
Whether he's a revolutionary or not is highly debatable, whether you like his style of football or not is a matter of taste; but the one thing that is not up for debate is thatsthat he's a highly effective manager that gets you results and has an extremely impressive record when it comes to winning titles.

Yeah, he's a great coach defenitely.
The problem I have with Guardiola, as well as with Messi and Ronald incidently, is their huge amount of annoying fans, who think that they're football Messiahs or something, and overrate the living shit out of them at every opportunity. I realise that neither Guardiola nor Messi or Ronaldo can really be blamed for this, and I've nothing against them on their own, but it is hard to overlook at times.

Morata:
“Allegri? The Coach is a bit Mourinho and a bit Ancelotti. He’s very calm when needed, but at times you’ve never seen someone angrier. You can sense it on the pitch, that he’s fighting along with the team from the touchline.”
