Allegri's subs when we are chasing a game late on are always bizarre. I don't think we have ever come close to getting a result when he has gone for his crazy formations at the end.

It's not about one or two players who aren't quite as good as Tevez, Pirlo or Vidal. No one in this side seems to know where their team mates are running or passing to. They lack grinta, endeavour and cohesion as a whole and that has to come down to the manager.
Well I think it is, Tevez clearly had grinta and endeavour that is inherent and not down to any managers input. Manzuckic has it too but let please not compare their talents. Squad wise we've got a consistent level throughout and if anything we've merely added to the average this year. We really lack those players that add extra personal touch to the game, it's so agonisingly clear. I don't think teams that can have over 30 shots in a game don't know where to pass to, they lack the extra quality to turn those shots into goals.

Tonight a player like Tevez would have had a goal, Pirlo probably would have scored that freekick too.

So for me it has to be down to the person who choses the players that we buy.

Though I agree with you to a certain extent that Allegri has to take some blame, but only in the fact that he's not a motivator in the sense that Conte was. Tactically though I'm vouching for Allegri based on how he outwitted some truly great teams last season, even on occasions when we were the inferior team.

When you add together the injuries we've had, the almost non-existence of a preseason and the second rate replacements he's had to deal with then you could see what was coming, and out of those three factors the person who had anchorage of the most easy to control is Marotta.

Hernanes can play as a regista, he just played badly today.
There is playing badly, and there is being wtf huge warning sign sink hole to our team as he was, he started MAJORITY of their counters by giving away the ball. Allegri should gotten the huge drawback he was very early into the half, but not only did he left him there after the break, but kept him there until the sub later on, was huge wtf level of coaching on that alone...

Re-watch the replay, Padoin and Lemina are to blame too, they completely don't understand where to run to receive his passes, check how many times they both stopped to run thinking that Hernanes is giving a pass to other player

Hernanes was bad, but Pogba was just as bad. Lemina is the only one who walks away with any credit.

Do you think Marotta can bring us a world class coach?

Montella would probably be our best option, would you go for him?
Hell No. I'd rather stick with Allegri. At least we know that when he has a good squad he can be a winner. Montella neither built any good teams nor won anything.

NO FUCKING WAY. Pogba was dissapointing, but Hernanes was LITTERALLY GIVING THEM THE BALL majority of the team he received it deep. He should gotten the fuck outta the duties of handling the center on his own when he was such a huge risk of losing possession. Lemina should have played that role when it became such a huge issue, the fact Allegri failed to remedy this was a huge wtf for a professional coach. He wanted Lemina bailing out Padoin on the right, but that was doomed prospect as it, but centrally speaking how they ran through Hernanes and him giving the ball so often was by far the biggiest hole to this capsizing ship. Utter failure to not recognize and remedy that quickly.

Hernanes was bad but his manager and team mates fucked him hard today
He did not suit that role, so he should have gotten another role and someone tougher and more defensively should gotten the central role, like Lemina.

yep, conte's style sub, after score became 2-1, Sandro, Cuadrado and Morata should have been subbed in instead of Evra, Zaza and Hernanes, then we would have active right wing with Juan and active left wing with Sandro-Dybala
Conte did it when we were winning 3-0 to assert dominance.

He was rushed and desperate to give the pass there, but I'm not talking about the goal only even if it was a messy give away, but the countless other times he couldnt handle the heat and was big part why they countered so easily too often.

Lemina shouldn't have been played at RCM after he was MOM as regista against Frosinone. Oh, here you go, play a completely new role in a big game after you've just acclimatised and succeeded to playing in front of the defense. Anyway, the same argument you make could be reversed - that Hernanes should have known what runs Lemina and Padoin were making.
