I would ban him solely for this statement!!!

Also it's funny how many already wrote us off, you would think we are relegated again to Seria B. But more disturbing is how many here came just to rub it in the face of "Marotta and Allegri lovers" or any rational person who is willing to give benefit of the doubt or wait few more games before panicking. It's like they love we are loosing games, just so they can prove they were right all the time. Few pages before you could see Badass turning completely against Allegri, calling his tactics pussy, like when we hired him for the first time again.

I really love this forum, but I will probably take a break for while, because I can't stand and read all the negativity and arguments in every thread.
I can tell some here are relishing in the fact they can finally say they might have been right. The funny thing is the season is only 3 games in so when we turn things around Hustini will be there to remind them. :D

Seriously though, we have all been through much worse times and our team is ready again to be built for the long term plan. If folks can't see that then I honestly don't know what else to tell them.

In the last 5 years we have significantly increased our trophy cabinet, been given a brand new world class stadium that is already delivering, we are in the green annually it seems which other Italian clubs can't say the same, we have world class players coming (and going, its part of the business) and we are fun to watch. People forget far too quickly how dark things can get.

I wonder if we could deploy a 4231 until we clear these injuries? Thoughts anyone?

I have complete confidence in Allegri that we will try to counter Manchester City with players like Pogba, Pereyra and Morata.

Will it be a success, that's another matter...

If he plays 3-5-2 against City, he deserves sacking on the spot.
And why, must i ask, do you people think that 3-5-2 is a defensive formation and that we are more likely to get a good result playing 3-5-2 rather than the 4-3-1-2 or the 4-3-3 or any other 4-man backline formation??? That is plain stupid and its because of reasoning like that, that we cant go past that disguisting 3-5-2, cause people think that whenever we need a good result we need to switch to the 3 man backline. Well i say BULLSH-IT!!

Why not play a more defencive 4-3-1-2?? Why not play that formation where players will be instructed to not attack as much, but to sit and wait for the counter;s?? Fuck the 3-5-2, fuck 3-man backline!! Just fuck it!

1. We might have to play this game differently (in terms of style)
2. Allegri still dreams of winning the CL this season (football italia) - Does he understand that we first need to be able to link some passes in the offensive end?! with this current play we will be battling for 3rd with the german side...

I said I predict a surprise win but honestly the chances of this to happen are about 10% 25% of drawing and 65% of losing!
We are simply not the same team that we were last season - the team that went to Madrid and dominated Atl Madrid (despite losing 1-0), the team who beat Real to go to the final and deservedly so!
As for now I just dont see us having any chance of going through

im OK with 3-5-2 if we play Cuadrado and Sandro on the wings with Morata and Dybala upfront.

id also like Lemina as CDM with Pogba and Hernanes/Sturaro. Pereyra and Mandzukic as subs

Conte was not fond of the 3 man defense, but on Juve who had her defense strugglinh ever since her return to serie A, he had no other option that to deploy that formation and the neccessary tactics.
Back then we simply lacked the options to play with a 4man defense because we lacked wingbacks, now it is the first time we have a full set of them, with their subs and all.
But on the other hand, the defense was the only line left ountouched and still working, from the Conte's team.
They other lines were changed and struggle, is it now the time to risk the backline too?

It is a defensive formation because we play with 3 CB and 2 FB. The formation is not defensive but the way we play it are. The problem with the 3-5-2 is that we have to few players on the field that can create chances so we are dependend on keeping the games close and score on one of the few chances we will get.Agree on the other part. We should site back and counter in Europe this season. Play a 4-4-3 and ask the wingers to do defensiv work. Set the team up with players who a good on the break. Morata, Dybala, Cuadrado, Pereyra, Pogba.

so I have not been on this thread but lol at anybody blaming Allegri for any of this. Blame the guy who decided to sell some of the best players in the world and replace them with failures.
