To anyone who asks why we can't keep leads.
Because we have a shit defense and when Tek starts a mediocre keeper.

Danilo played great next to Bremer. This should be our cb pairing going forward.
We literally conceded our first goal of the season and it came off a corner kick...

You must of missed Sasuolo's 3 big chances or Sampdoria's 2 big chances.
Perin would have been man of the match if not for di Maria's master class against Sasuolo.
But that's as far as this defense and luck gets you.
Roma was the first decent opponent and we almost lost, from the few times they became incisive.

And yet we easily could have won by more than 3 against Sassuolo, and 3-0 again today with better finishing/VAR and the ref not being absurd. It was a shit last 30 minutes, but the first 60 were great today.

We sort our fitness issues and start playing the full 90 and we’ll be a good team. Not great, but good.

Yeah we were lucky against sampdoria but Roma didn't threaten much apart from setup pieces where we always look shaky as usual.

Either way we didn't and this game ended like so many we have witnessed before.
We are turning in Juventus "Almost" Torino.

Also if Sasuolo scores first it could have easily turned into 1 - 2 - 3 - - 0 for them seeing our out of this world ability to come back from behind or deal with adversity.
The same against Sampdoria. They score first and chances are we are not coming back from that based on the way we play.

And? They didn’t. We were the far better side against Sassuolo and deservedly won 3-0. No need to revise that now because we had a poor match against Samp and a poor 30 minutes against Roma. Hopefully we learn from the poor periods and start playing more consistently Iike the good ones. Getting over the injury woes should help there I hope.

So what are we arguing. @Robee said we have a great defense because we conceded only one goal.
It's obviously false as better teams would have took some of the chances that Sasuolo and Sampdoria failed to take.

Anyways we need to go on winning streak before clash vs Milan.Lets hope Pogba and di Maria are ready for Fiorentina game otherwise we also drop points in that game.

So you want 100 percent conversation ratio doesn't always happen and anyways Sczescny is back so I can see more goals conceded due to his shakiness.

This match, especially the first hour, gave me some hope for what’s to come. It’s already a much better start than last season (not difficult) and with some luck we should’ve 2-4 more points but if we can string a winning streak, especially with the return of our injured stars we can build a momentum and stay within touching distance of the top places and give it a good go to fight for the title by February/March.

We have 5 league matches now that are all very winnable matches. Only away at Viola is a relatively tough match. We need some good performances and a minimum 12 points from these 5 matches or I’d say this season is going to look a lot like the last one.
Spezia, Salernitana, and Monza. Even if we win all
of those, which we will, doesn’t mean anything. Even 0-9 Bournemouth would destroy them.

lol nah

They are teams we have to beat. I expect us to beat them convincingly and start gaining confidence back after the last couple seasons. We dropped points against a ton of minnows the last couple years. It’s time to fix that and start winning. Win those 3 plus Bologna and put in a good performance against Viola whatever the result is, and this team will start to gain some form and confidence that we never did last year.

You don’t have to be a twat about everything Juve related. the club plays in Serie A. The point is winning in Serie A for now. Something we haven’t done the last couple years. That starts with taking care of business against the bottom half of the table side. If we do that this year, then we’ll be in with a shout for the title race. Which is the whole point.

Anyways, shouldn’t you be busy fanboying our worst midfielder some more. Who sucks ass even against the Spezia’s and Salernitana’s of Serie A. Lol

I don’t put any stake into beating clubs like these in Italy. Sorry, they are garbage. We should have won today against a shit aroma and we didn’t.
