Do you give any credit to coaches who have won the CL?

- - - Updated - - -

People are quick to give all the cresit to the squad but no any to max. He has say in the squad we are building. Do you honestly think he wanted Ronaldo project that destroyed the fabric of the team we built? But these are the same people that hated Marotta and the team he built. Yes hes got a good team but lets not pretend Pirlo or Sarri had worse teams
Pirlo had more points and Sarri won the league no?

Anyway I give credit when credit is due. Allegri to this day says that tactics are not important. You have to send out your best squad and let the players do their thing...
I mean that says it all. Our teams of the past only broke down defenses because someone like Pirlo or Dybala saw that pass or made that curling shot. When these elements are gone all Allegri gives to the team is ball possession and that of the impotent kind. There isn't a single triangle move or step over or anything that you can recognize as something that was clearly practiced during training. Plus there are no lateral passes at all which is basically what modern football is about.
I believe under an attacking manager Dybala for example could have lived up to his potential and not become this inconsistent mess that we got over the years.

Allegriball first of all was just a copy of Conte, but with less aggression. Both needed an exceptional defense. We no longer have that. Attacks will not just bounce off until we win a game. The end for Allegri.

Being a troll when you are winning is one thing, when you are losing and not sure if in the foreseeable future that’s something it may change, you better save these kind of jokes for you own massagist, at the end you are paying for the service lol

He better focus in improve the team and not much in stupid comments like that one

It actually had no resemblence to Conte. While Conte drilled his players and insisted on the same tactics all the time, Allegri offered more tactical flexibility, which gave freedom to players to express their creativity. The same squad that crashed out of the groups under Conte, played CL final a year after. That it was no fluke, was evident 2 years after with another CL final, but this time Allegri had to build a different team, lot of new players in the middle and attack with different tactical setup. The difference between them is rather obvious to see. Allegri is better and by far more succesful manager until now. The results of the last year are cause for concern ofc and many doubt if he can move this team forward. Based on what we have seen from Conte in his last season, he wouldnt be able either and Id be against another comeback. If Allegri fails, it is time for someone new.

He can also have a fun in the meantime. I see no problem with his comments.

As long as he gets decent results (given the state of the squad) I'm fine. But I'm not gonna put up with his shit football if he's pushing out the few glimmers of hope for a better future in favour of tepid "experienced" players for the short term benefit of helping us secure a top 4 spot.
He has a strong squad, despite the current injuries. The abysmal performance against Sampdoria was entirely on him. He needs to reevaluate his choices. Otherwise I think he wont last long. The old Allegri would have found a fix already. His 2nd spell has been very disappointing so far and we cant blame injuries all the time. At one point he needs to be held accountable.

I was willing to accept a top 3 finish. But if he's demanding specific players at the expense of young players we already have, he better win the whole damn thing

When your $80m star striker can only manage 2 touches in one half against a farmer team (one of which being the kickoff), I don't see anything to joke about. You're getting paid 9 million a year to deliver, and so far you haven't. Instead of joking about it in order to conceal and deflect criticism of your ineptitude, why don't you answer the damn question?

This guy is in absolutely no position to take things lightly. Its infuriating, and what's more infuriating are so-called juve fans who tolerate this bullshit. Get serious.

If we somehow manage to beat this enthusiastic and hyped up Roma side led by Mourinho with only the current players available to us now i think Max might this time around really be sending a statement out there that we are all in for the Scudetto challenge this season no matter how crippled we might be throughout it.
