I don't feel like a coach needs defending, his results do the talking, though a lot here just make it personal, ultimately max needs to deliver, the question is how much time does he get? I feel like he should get this season, even of we don't make CL, and maybe half of next. If there's no improvement by next december he needs to go.
This is a valid point. I mean, coaches do affect the players and performances. Just go and see Fiorentina of last season vs this one. From Iachini to Italiano, it's like day and night.

Yes Vlahovic scoring tons of goals any coach will look good remember the game where rugani and de ligt kept Vlahovic quite they looked quite toothless in attack.

I've always preferred coaches that aim for both good performance and good result, in the mould of Heynckes. Allegri had a track record for results and knows how to set up a defense, I can however see value in that.

But this team has seen coaches come and go with barely incoming spark regardless of coach credentials. And quality of the squad decreased over time.

Another coach could come in and add another wave of enthusiasm. But I see these players revert back to not sweating, there is cancerous attitude here.

When Max came, in his first match against Udinese I saw good things and a lot of change organization wise compared to before even if it was nullified by Tek at the end.

What I wonder is simply, what coach could make a group out of these players and change the tide? Not optimistic on that.

We also can look at Chelsea last season. Their season look on a downtrend. After 25 rounds, they sit on 5th with 6 losses and 7 draws in Premier League with Lampard. They change coach on end of January 2021.
Winter transfer period has ended, but they change a lot in how they play. They become Champions League champion, EPL Cup Champion and only beaten three times in the league until season ended

Another coach won’t make the difference. The odds are very slim of us finding someone who’s able to turn things around. The club needs stability.

Cherubini has to show what’s he’s worth and have a positive mercato.
You can't just say that another coach won't make a difference without any evidence. The fact is, nobody really knows at this point. We fired Pirlo and brought back Allegri because we supposedly thought he could make a difference, but he's not whatsoever. There's been plenty of cases where a total outsider comes into a club and does make a difference. It's just about the making the right choices.

The arguments to rehire Allegri were as follows:

- Adapts his tactics to the squad he has
- Gets the best out of the players he has
- Keeps a tidy defense
- Maintains a high work rate in training and matches
- Multiple Scudetti

So far none of it is coming to fruition, especially since even players like Chiesa have seemingly taken a step down. I know Allegri is going to get this full season and very likely another after that. Just curious to see what the actual breaking point will be for some of you, or if it will always be a case of expecting better signings the next year. We may not get them with everything going on.

I would be shocked if he is kept on if the team doesn’t end up in the top 4. But it also might depend on who else is available to take over if he is to be sacked. An absence of better alternatives might be the only thing that keeps him on in that scenario.

This really. The discussions about Pirlo being the main problem and Allegri supposedly easily challenging for the scudetto are still fresh.

It's not a coaching problem here, get over it. It's a simple matter of quality. We needed the spark of an 18 yo without any experience to actually start an attack in the dying minutes against Venezia. He even took the free kick because the rest chickened out. Let that sink in for a sec.

Besides Chiesa and Loca, I'd sell them all. Even MDL if he brings in the money to rebuild this shit.

If it’s impossible for a good manager to change anything at Juventus then hire whomever on a low salary so we can spend more on the amazing signings we are destined to have on our books next year. Only the logical choice since the only thing that matters is the new signings we will surely have.

Squad quality is evaluated before start of the season, not in the middle when you have created a fucking mess. Scudetto was the minimum goal set back then. Then the goal post moved to Top 4. Now there aint no lower limit anymore. Definitely nothing to do with the coach

For delusional people like you the goal was a treble. It's your own fault. Have a nice suffering.
