Things can quickly turn around to be honest. We are 8 points off. Things doesnt look good and I am very skeptical as most are right now. But if we can win the next 2 and get our fitness levels up so that we can play more than 30 minutes of good football, then the season is long enough to catch up.

Do you think 16 points after 11 games (acc to your expectations) would mean we're still fighting for the scudetto, and if not, can you confirm that it'd be a failure?
Are you mentally challenged or what? Nootropics failing you? Minimum 16 pts after match day 11 would mean we’d started turning things around with at least 14 pts in the next 7 matches. I expect continued improvement after that, not just reversion to shit. 2.5 pts per match for the remaining 27 matches would put us at 83-84 pts to finish. Which should be in the scudetto fight. As I said, if we don’t win it, the season is a failure, regardless of coach.

Go troll somewhere else. It’s tedious.

It was a simple question. You still believe that in that scenario we'd be fighting for scudetto.

I don't think we'd be out of contention per se but surely not favorites.

%-wise, what's the likelihood in your opinion that we'll win the scudetto this season?

I have a hard time understanding how a team that consists of Dybala, Chiesa, De Ligt, Chiellini, Cuads, Locatelli and Morata is sitting in the relegation zone. These players could easily walk in to any Serie A first team.
There are at most 2-3 players that you could consistently rely on which is embarrassing for this club.

We have too many players with questionable attitudes, low work ethic, inconsistent and checked out mentally.

This team doesn't have a spine. We don't have a core like we used to have at one point. A solid core who used to sweat blood every game.

We should've addressed this three years ago instead we took a different direction. We felt making fancy signings and recruiting 'galactico's' was the way to go.

Infact, had COVID not happened, Paratici's grand plan was to buy Pogba for €100M.

I can't understand the logic of bringing Allegri as it was evident in his last season that something was not working and then we brought him without giving him some quality midfielders and a replacement for Ronaldo
You can’t understand the logic of bringing Allegri back? Really?

one thing Demiral wanting to go, its another thing letting him go on loan with option to buy and short selling ourselves short in the process.
Lots of players went on loan this summer given the financial climate, even a proven quality player like Saul. It sucks for us but that was the norm last summer...

Come on BD… Romero has been a better player in all of the last 3 years than Demiral, I’m sorry I’m not having the statement that he was only good last year, that’s bollocks and you know it. Demiral was terrible for us, and he showed he was terrible in the euros, the guy is brainless.

Cherubini ‘gave’ Demiral away for a profit. Higuain, Matuidi, Khedira, Pjanic and Costa all had a better mentality and level of quality than the Paratici master strokes of; Ramsey, McKennie, Arthur, Kulusevski etc. Claiming the previous management made mistakes giving big contracts to older players is not a good enough excuse to frivolously overpay for a new set of players.

Your Marotta hate, love of Paratici and hate of Cherubini is quite illogical when you consider the work that was actually done under each of them. And it’s not fair yet to make a judgement on Cherubini, who is trying to operate in a year that the club has lost €210m thanks to stupid deals from Paratici and COVID challenges.
Wait demiral was given away for profit? Where? We basically let atalanta have him for next to nothing this season, do you not think if romero was really that much better in at least his first 2 seasons he would have at least spent a season at Juve and not demiral?

At least clubs like atletico know how to sell. Cherubini... just giving players away because of the player's wishes alla marotta

I think we’re not the favourites in that scenario, but we’re a contender again. If we get to that 16-17 pt range after match day 11, and we’re actually looking decent on the pitch… and no one else is above ~25ish points, I’d say we have as good a chance as anyone.

Merely being a contender even after a positively played out what-if scenario isn't exactly a great forecast for the only acceptable end result (scudetto), is it.

(But this is much better than peddling funny manlet agenda based BS like top 4 being logical, perfectly acceptable target now, that it's every players', mgmt personnel's and club's history's fault, and the coach so far has zero blame.)

Do you also agree that our squad is clearly top two in the league, or is it only Mad Max's genius that would make us a contender?
