no, he didn't. we played with 3 cb until barzagli reaches 40 years old and got injured. it took him years to find courage to touch conte's juventus.

We started a back 4 of Evra-Chiellini-Bonucci-Lichsteiner in every single CL knockout match that season but the Monaco 0-0 draw. And a back 4 in the final with Barzagli in place of Chiellini who was injured. We also played a back 4 in our last 3 group stage matches after the 1-0 loss to Olympiacos.

Where is this info sourced about X person wanting X player or manager or other person come from? Often seems like something that gets mentioned by "gurus" and then becomes fact over time. Agnelli wanted this guy but not that guy, Paratici and Nedved wanted Ronaldo but Marotta didn't, and so on.

There is a reason why Allegri was let go, but our decision making with replacements has been shoddy. Maybe getting back to that square one is the most important thing. We tried to change something and went for broke and it didn't work. I'd prefer old Juve even if it's being a bit boring and winning, rather than seeing that sack of shit club doing the same thing with our methods. There is always the chance something could come together one season in the CL. There's no fucking chance in the past two seasons.

go check then and see who is bullshitting. he almost always used 3-5-2 in his first 2,5 seasons. in January 2017, he was forced to change formation because of the shitty results.
