Allegri “Alex Sandro has a fracture in his toe and has been dealing with it for over a month,”

"He was struggling a little on a muscular level, because he’s been running in a ‘wrong’ way for so long to take the weight off it.”

Tuzers dreaming of Guardiola are really living a fantasy ..

He has two years more in his contract ....thats a £15m a month ... in order to free him from City, we have to pay £30m for City
Add to that he will not come here for £15m !! ...around £18m minimum ....

Add to that Allegri has €7.5m for 2020 ...so canceling his contract ...we need to pay him in advance €7.5m !!

Add to that Guardiola will come here with his own ideas that WE HAVE to accept ...accept the players he wants us to transfer and this is a load of money

Plus agents fees and Blah blah fees ....

so in order us to bring Guardiola without mentioning his transfer targets we need €42.3m !! just at the appointment + his Salary + new targets all of that to

just play better football ..wining another Scudetto and could fail again to get the CL  but more expensive exit ...

I don't think this is even feasible option ....he is just a fantasy ....

the only one was very excellent option is Zidan & he is gone ....Stick with Allegri hopping he reads how to be aggressive coach within a month book

Other muscles and tendons end up taking the strain and range of motion is changed, that compensation will end up leading to further injury given time.

Now the season is basically done he should put his feet up or at least have heavily restricted minutes, play Spina or one of the right backs or a kid.

I read that incorrectly I thought he meant A.S was running in a way his toe ended up taking too much weight

I bet if we could do behind the scenes you'd see things like this all the time. We presume that because players are starting they are 95% fit or more, but players play in worse condition all the time, for various reasons.

For sure this has happened to Mandzukic this season.

Those comments are a little disappointing. I wish he would have taken some responsibility for the CL exit. He is downplaying the importance of tactics but if that were really true, how did Ajax beat us? We have Ronaldo after all right? So obviously Ajax made up the gap somewhere.

And also the comments about the plans changing from June. It's not as if we sold our best players out of the blue against his will or something. They were either injured *when we had nothing to play for*, which is a strong indictment of his training methods (Alex Sandro is playing with a broken toe why?), or they were neglected/misused in the case of Benatia, Kean and whatever the hell is going on with Spinazzola right now.

Also I'm not sure what the June plan was for Dybala as he was moved all over the field almost immediately.

Adani has been provocative, however Allegri's speech was pure delusional. It's been awhile since he's saying that if you play entertaining football than you don't get results. Remember the interview post Parma? He seemed happy to draw 3-3 to prove people that if you play well you don't win. And now this plus he was blaiming Pjanic, De sciglio and Spinazzola mistakes too.
Honestly i'm starting to have bad vibes about this, i don't mind a "bad" season but when it is more important to prove your point rather than doing Juve's sake, nope i'm out.
Also he need to realize the difference between playing spectacular but inconsistent football, and playing well, with a tactical identity an idea on what to do when you have possession and overall a more propositive approach. It doesn't seems asking so much.
