Then most coaches are bad coaches and there are very few good coaches going by your logic
Well, nowadays there many top coaches really. Just like there are very few good RBs in the game. It doesn't have to mean you have tons of world class coaches just because there are plenty of them.

Winning trophies is not the only success. Sometimes you have a coach like Conte who does a great job in a shit club like Siena. You have a coach like Sarri that stands out surely.

And there are some coaches who fail to deliver results despite the higher quality of the team and players at his disposal.

But which category do sarri and Simone inzaghi fall into
IMO Sarri has tons of potential to be a great one. He's doing great at Napoli and he'll be under the radar of plenty clubs rightfully so.

As for Inzaghi I don't know what to say. I haven't followed Lazio much.

A coach who has been fired from the last three of his high profile jobs and is currently plying his trade in the bottom half of the EPL is decent :howler:

So a treble winning Inter wasn't high profile? Napoli is probably a stretch.
Well you did say his last 3

Napoli is one of the biggest jobs in Italian football

May not be a European powerhouse but I wouldn't consider it a low profile club
