Thing is - tiki taka will always be ugly when it comes up against a team that knows how to defend, not even a Silva/De Bruyne combo is gonna change that. handball it is.

Ancelottis's style (for example) is way more attratcive to me. Score a goal -> sit back, let the opponent have the ball and try to hit them on the counter.

Tiki taka is basically trying to choke the opponent to death by not giving them time on the ball, kinda even more disgusting than parking the bus and i'm really glad it's about to die.
I prefer Ancelotti's game too. Though I think Pep can teach us how to become an attacking team in a way Carlo cannot.

‘Sarri? I did absences at school...’

Juventus Coach Massimiliano Allegri joked he did his absences “at school” after Maurizio Sarri refused to attend his pre-Chievo Press conference.

Sarri chose not to face the media out of protest for what he perceived to be poor refereeing in Napoli’s 0-0 draw with Genoa midweek, but Allegri was unperturbed by his rival’s conduct.

“I’m sorry for the journalists if they’ve gone there and not found him. I didn’t go to school much, but I’ve been to all the conferences,” he told reporters ahead of Juve’s trip to Palermo on Saturday.

“We have two, even three, away games in two weeks. We’re not playing at home, we have to travel and accumulate fatigue.

“Palermo have four points in two games, a new Coach and will be eager. We can’t come back from Palermo without three points.

“Compared to Inter, I’ve seen us already play differently against Cagliari. We were lacking a tad, but we’ll stick with the three at the back.

“I choose the best formation game to game. No-one noticed the changes I made because we won.

“I hope Benatia returns as soon as possible. Rugani has grown so much. Having everyone available is important.”

This season is making so many mistakes there are gettin too annoying to ignore.

1) Asa shouldn't play in close and important games
2) A 3-5-2 with alves as CF and Cuadrado as FB is pure crack.
3) When JGC got in against Palermo, how was we playing? I'm sure Max had no clue
4) If he almost have a wing in the field, how hard is to put the other and play like grow people

I don't care about the ugly results or ugly football. But the passing is atrocious and we give away the ball too much. Apart from our players looking mentally done and lacking motivation and the right decisions. There's something wrong here and he's at the helm, so he's accountable to it.

We played poor but im not worried. The team hasnt found the right chemistry yet, Marchisio is still out and Dybala out of form. Once these issues are settles (probably around December-January) we will roflstomp Serie A again and most likely CL too

FIRE ALLEGRI!!!!!!!!!!

He's only gone 5 wins - 1 loss - 1 draw to start the season. :(
Sarcasm aside, answer honestly how far do you expect us to go in the CL playing like this? Not being able to connect 3 passes together? We're still the main contender for the scudetto, as per usual. But a team of this caliber has to do better if fighting for the CL title is part of its goal this season.

We don't seem to have the roster in midfield for any such fantasies.

Allegri is slowly becoming Conte's dark side.

Basically, we struggled everytime he did dumbshit, and played very very well when he didnt. It's not hard to understand.

But the approach of this last game... was offensive to fans.

I have no idea. We are 1 month into the season. That's it. Is our form worrying, sure? Is it sounding the death knell on our season. Absolutely not.

And back in Allegri's first season after losing to Atletico and Olympiacos and people here melting down about how our team and mentality is an absolute disgrace... answer honestly, how far you expected us to go in CL playing like that?
